[Resolved]  Tata Capital — list of documents and foreclosure letter request

I submitted a request with tata capital for foreclosure letter and list of documents as i wanted to transfer my loan. I was told that it will take 7 working days to get these documents and i have to pay 500 rs for the same. This 7 working days tat is no where written in tata capital policies. After contacting customer care they keep on telling me that it will take 7 working days. I contacted them again on 8th working day and i was told that there is some approval pending hence the letters are still not issues. They also told me that they will not accept payment from 24th till 1st of the month. Why a customer has to pay daily interest for not his fault.

After complaining to customer support, they told me that they cannot do anything. Hence i have to wait as i am helpless.
