[Resolved] Tata Capital — loan closure | |||
I have been waiting for a loan closure letter since 29th dec 2017 till date. I have followed up with customer care and also with sector v branch office in kolkata. There has been sereval instances of humiliation and rudeness displayed by a customer care female executive saying there are no escalation process your only option is customer care. I need my loan closure document to close the loan fully. Below are the case nos furnished for reference Dear customer, your request has been registered vide case no. 05735385 and the same will be processed within 7 days excluding weekends and holidays. Dear customer, your request has been registered vide case no. 06005579 and the same will be processed within 4 days excluding weekends and holidays. Dear customer, your request has been registered vide case no. 06032420 and the same will be processed within 3 days excluding weekends and holidays.
