[Resolved]  Tata Capital — loan fraud

Dear cyber crime officer, i have applied for a two lakh personal loan in tata capital in december through their whatsapp application system in their website. They mentioned to me that the agent will contact and will process the loan application further. They messaged me (After taking all the documents and verification) that my loan is approved. I have to pay 4500 (Refundable amount) for loan process fee. They give me the below-mentioned bank account. They mentioned loan will be sanctioned within five minutes after paying the processing fee. Once i have paid the amount (Paid on 2nd december) they are denying to give loan and giving me excuse that my money is holding by rbi and i have to pay another 10000 for the loan amount to get. I have asked them to refund my processing fees but they didn't respond. I have put a complaint on the company portal but they didn't reply. Now it is one month already they are not refunding my amount. Please help me, sir, i am a student. Please help me with refunding my amount. All the message images i have given below. I have a loan with Tata capital my emi of amount of 3073 has been paid both manually by me and automatically from my account also am giving penalties every month. Instead. Of giving. My account details even after complaining to the executive there is no reply from the company side
