[Resolved]  Tata Capital — My personal loan status is showing post approval data entry since last 10 days

I am writing this complain with reference to my personal loan application bearing ID:[protected]. I had applied for the loan on 5th of October 2022 and by last week all the document verification was completed and I was assured that the amount would be disbursed before diwali, but the amount is still not disbursed and despite calling and texting several times I am not getting any status update on my application. Every time the executive says it will be disbursed today where as the status shows as post approval data entry since last few days.
This is a crazy & unethical behavior from your employees, what wrong will happen if you give status update to your customers. I was waiting with a hope that the loan amount will be credited in my account before Diwali as promised but till now the amount is not credited and my phone calls & messages are being ignored. I am even not able to call the customer care number provided in your website because every time I try to call that number I get a message that my number is not registered with Tata Capital for any loan service. I feel like I have been cheated upon. Its been almost a month if you people don't want to give loans then why do you advertise & promote your services during festival time. Is it some kind of joke for you people to play with people's sentiments, because the loan was approved in Tata Capital and they promised me that the loan will be disbursed before Diwali I didn't apply for loan in other banks.
I request for a transparency in status update and quick disbursal for my loan amount as promised.

I have shared my concern through mail many times, got a call last week that they would connect with the disbursal team and process it soon but no response till now. I have been waiting for the disbursal of the loan till now and there is no response.
I request you to please disburse the loan as soon as possible as this has been stretched too long. Till now the status is showing post approval data entry.

I have applied for the pre approved personal loan on 3rd January. But till now my loan is not disbursed.
In application status, it is showing - Post approval data entry from last 30 days.
On 17th January i got mail that your loan is approved.
Sir approx one month has passed and i mailed many times but got no satisfaction mail from your side. Please sir now it is damaging TATA's reputation and trust.
Please check it and clear my pending loan asap.

Sir it is very bad that now more than 1 months and 10 days passed but you people can't give a loan with pre aprroval.
Its shame on TATA name.
You people destroying TATA reputation.
10+ times i message you on mail and facebook but got no answer just auto generated mail.
Why are you people making us fool.
If their any problem than mail is so be can solve it. But its very annoying to ignore us.

I got a call from tata capital executive last week, got all my details and made ne to do some online process for the loan. After that they came for house verification everything... Now the app says post approved data entry.. Really it's frustrating.. Is it approved or denied.. Anything should be updated. Don't treat the customer like begger as am paying emi's on time. Heard from a friend that these online procedures are done just to show some sales.. It's really frustrating.

Looking at these complaints i think even my status will also be the same till one month but i applied for the loan because i was in need of money, if this is the case i am scared please resolve my issue and disburse my amount as sooon as posssible and kindly revert.
