[Resolved]  Tata Capital — personal loan preclosure charges put, while taking they had said, there is no pre closure charges

I had taken a personal loan last year jan17. Loan account no. Is 6900460.
While taking they had said there is no preclosure charges. In the sanction letter also it's written 0%. But now when I have asked for foreclosure, on the letter itself, Tata capital has put a preclosure charges of 18k+(4.5%+GST). I asked for the sanction letter to customer care. Now i see, in that letter, where 0% is written on foreclosure ( somebody has written in pen 4.5). It's disgusting.
Please see the matter and resolve it ASAP.
