When you want to close loan, they say charges applicable and show the signed documents which they got at the time of document collection. I had applied loan before five days. All documents has been submitted and loan disbursement mail also received. But still payment not done and also they are not receiving my call. I have taken consumer loan 2 year back and I cleared the loan an year back.

when I check the CIBIL the report says the loan is still active when I enquire with customer care they say that the loan is cleared and I have raised the complaint 3months back but not resolved yet.
