I bought moto g5 (Order no:[protected] on nov 26th 2017. That time hdfc cashback (10%) was going. Cashback supposed to credit on end of the feb 2018. But i didnot receive the cash back. Called customer care so many times. Its been more than a month. Still not received the cashback. Customer care executives telling the same story everyday that issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. Even i sent my credit card statement from november to till date as per their request. But is of no use. They are telling that cashback got released from their end and not sharing any transaction details. Every cust care telling different dates for cashback release. Worst service. Cheaters

    Hi,

    I wanted to apply for pmay and i bought my flat and home loan in 2016 january, from them i'm trying to apply for pmay none of the tata capital home loan employees are helping me, i have sent several emails to praveen kumar, thenmozhi and escalation team, i m getting a reply after 2 weeks and asking me to wait for some more days, they have lost my documents it seems and they are trying to retrieve it from their server for 3 months, i don't know how a bank can be this irresponsible, how long will i wait? Very worst experience i have with tata capital. I shouldn't have applied loan in this bank and i l make sure that no one in my relatives and friends take a home loan or any loan from tata capital if i don't get this issue addressed immediately. My loan contract number is 9574443

      As i was a tata employee i decided to go for tata capital housing finance limited and not with any other home loan lenders in the market, not that they were offering anything extra to tcs employee but jut with a thought that in-house employee will get better treatment and fast processing.

      I applied for a home loan around 15th june 2016. Post too much of documentation, hassled and highlighting and saving myself from a potential fraud tried by tata capital sales executive (Then, now has left the company) i have given a sanction in august 2016.

      Home loan was disbursed on 22nd september 2016.
      The home loan was disbursed @ 9.40% rate of intrest (Floating)
      I was happy and started to pay my emi's on time, then came demonetization thanks to our great pm "namo" home loan rates started to go down from december.

      February 15th, 2017 - called the contact center to place a request for rate of intrest reduction and other sample account requests.
      I was told that a team will contact me in 3 working days and assist me.
      I did not receve any call or response from any of tata capital team.
      February 27th, 2017 - i dropped and email to [protected]@tatacapital and got response about the process and the fees. It mentioned about a lock period therefore reverted with questions. No response
      I tried email, phone and social media as well for getting response but no response at all.
      March 24th, 2017 contacted me, a customer services representative form headoffice and promised will get my roi changed. Same thing again, as my request was delayed by a month, i asked them to backdate that change and confirm the same to me on an email.
      From march until june 2017 there were multiple followup email, sms chasers that i would have sent for which i did not get any revert. Some revert sent was only that we are working on it.
      This when tata capital realized theire mistake.
      Since then till now, i have been fighting with tata capital senoir excutives to get the rate of intrest changed.
      The issue or mistake done by tata capital :
      My home loan tenure was incorrectly calculated since day one, all documents and their system are showing different tenure and emi structure.
      Sanction letter shows 264 on the front page whereas annexure shows 300 on the second page
      Welcome letter shows 264 on the front page whereas attached annexure shows 357 month emi repayment schedule
      Website customer login shows 264 as tenure, however, remaining tenure shows 268 - after paying 9 emi's.
      When i raised this their sales manager and the sales executive both said that it is alright and i will only have to pay for 264 months, rest are just general illustrations as general. The home loan registration that i did between myself and tata capita also say 264 months

      The offer made to me by tata capital excuitves does not give me any benifit interms of tenure reduction becuase they are calcuating it based on 357 months as tenure, why shoudl i pay for mistake that is done by tata capital.

      Tata capital in the month of august has change my emi amonut and tenure to their prefered calculation. They did not seek my consent nor did they inform me.
      In fact i have comunicated them in writing that no changes to be made to my account untill the dispute is settled, and not to consider any of my emails as my agreement/yes/goahed for any change to the home loan.

      I am frustated, stressed and tired of fighting with them.
      My ask is very simple.
      Please reduce my rate of intrest from 9.40% to current 8.35% and reduce my tenure from 264 months (17 months emi's already paid so its 247 months pending) to whatever months i am entitled to get benifite of due to rate of intreset reduction. I belive it should at least reduce 3-5 years of my tenure considering its just start of my home loan.

      Please guide me a way to get this conclusion.

        I hv taken home loan. I hv requested fr my foreclosure letter nd d list of documents on 9th of march nd according to them it tkes 14working days to provide the same. Bt till date i hv nt rcvd d papers. When called d cusomer care smbdy named pranav misbehaved. Is this d way you work nd give customer service? So many complains against you and you ppl dont even bother to answer nd solve them? D worst ever i hv seen.

        Its more than 2 months i have requested for a loan top up. Need not say the process isnt complete. The worst part is the 2 staff managing my application - Mujibur Shaikh and Irshad Ali Sayyad, are not even willing to receive calls when me and my Dad are calling them. This is height o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and really poor cusotmer service

          I m home loan borrower to tata capital now i want to move from so i request for fore closure and lod i send mail on 6th march but still they are not provided me documents. I call so many time and mail to customer care but they do not respond me. I also ask about to talk higher authority but they also do not take my call or respond on mail.

            I have purchase two sandisk pen drives, each of 16 GB. One of the pen drive is damaged and not being detected by any computer ( I tried for at least 5 computers and in both Windows and Linux OS). The Order ID is:[protected] and complaint is registered under the reference number [protected]. One customer care representative contacted me 3 days ago assuring to take necessary steps within next 48 hours, but 72 hours has gone and they did not take any action. Moreover their shopping site's arrangement is such that it is not giving any option to claim replace or refund.

Your park street, kolkata Branch office staff said that she can't give that letter as soon as possible, but it will resolve within 15 days, but now she says that something inter problem so that she can't give before April 1st week...               Sir,

              I am an officer of govt. undertaking. I have applied for personal loan of Rs.1, 20, 000/- from your bank and asked repayment in minimum payment duration from your site. Within 48 hours, on 7th of this month, your executive Ms Sumita chakraborty requested for requisite documents.

              The documents are like residential proof, salary slip, form 16, bank stmnt., adhar, pan card etc.

              After 3/4 days, somebody visited my office for verification. On the same day, a representative of your bank visited my house. I am widower and my son also not living with me. I have been transferred here in kolkata, about one year, from Odisha. Also I had taken personal loan from your bank at about 3-4 years' back, when I was in Odisha.
              After providing all the documents your customer executive informed me that one of representatives gave negative report and I need your residential proof again. I had provided scanned copy of deed of my house. They confirmed me the loan will be disbursed soon day after tomorrow, i.e, by 15 of this month. At last she confirmed your loan amt is about to disburse and you can issue cheque to third party.
              I had issued cheque, and the cheque got bounced(chq no[protected] of canara bank). On asking your bank now replying you can arrange loan elsewhere, we cannot confirm.
              I had wasted my time, if I had not been confirmed. I could have look for another branches, if I do not depend on your good will and assurance. Now since the case is urgent and i have no way left I have to look for the same amount at about 5% p.m.

              Thanks, requested at least do not harass your customer likeway.

                I took personal loan from tata capital
                In august 2017. At the time of negotitions
                I and tata captal reached a deal where
                No foreclosure charges will be levied after six months.in this regard official mail was sent to me. Now after six months they are telling me foreclosure charges are applicable.

                  personal loan settlement

                  I am PRABAHARAN have taken personal loan no. 5307629 from tata capital . not able to paid loan last 13 months Last month some official of bank meet me and i discussed my problem and he assured to forward my case for ONE TIME SETTLEMENT WITH 4 EMI OPTIONS
                  Today i got call at 12.10 pm from kumar. he told warrant will be issue please make payment.

                  I am already explained my situation not able to paid..i am agree to paid...

                  I have raised a request 06927809 for foreclosure letter and lod for which i was promised that will be received in 14 working days. I was then promised that i would receive the documents by 11th march 2018 monday by 7:00 pm which they failed to amend on and the request was closed commenting as resolved. This kind of service is unacceptable by a firm like yours. I demand for immediate action and delivery of my required documents.

                  This is turning a nightmare for me... At the time of the request I was not told that the closure for home loan account and top up account has to be raised separately. I mean who does that, if I require a the submitted document then of course both the loans needs to be closed. I was again forced to generate a new request for top up loan account on 10 March 2018, request number 8555973. They again said that it would take another 14 Working days even after me informing them that I have already sold my flat and have raised priority request. I would appreciate if I receive the said documents before 23rd March 2018.

                    I had charged the Overdue charges of 450 rupees with late payment fee of 400 rupees on january 2016 with a reason of EMI bounce due to insufficient funds. whereas, my bank account has more than suffient funds. i have not received and EMI until 11th January 2016. I had already sent the bank statement to TATA CAPITAL team on January 22- 2018 as a proof. Since January 2018 whenever i follow up this customer care team says - "we will escalate your issue and get back to you in 2 days". These 2 days never came in 3 months and I am still following up with them with this team.

                    Every time i call TATA CAPITAL customer care person i have to give them complete history and ask them to verify the email chain in their records with bank statement attachment - only to hear the escalation dialogue again. but not a resolution.

                        personal loan preclosure charges put, while taking they had said, there is no pre closure charges

                        I had taken a personal loan last year jan17. Loan account no. Is 6900460.
                        While taking they had said there is no preclosure charges. In the sanction letter also it's written 0%. But now when I have asked for foreclosure, on the letter itself, Tata capital has put a preclosure charges of 18k+(4.5%+GST). I asked for the sanction letter to customer care. Now i see, in that letter, where 0% is written on foreclosure ( somebody has written...

                        I have personal loan in tata capital. Loan account number is 7000424.

                        Tata capital employee (534316) is only processed my personal loan initially. And same employee told that no pre closer charges after 6 emi.


                        Please find the below mail (Deal structure confirmation mail).in this mail you have not mentioned anything about preclosure charges.

                        I had visited tata capital office, bangalore, after completion of 10 emis (2 months back). At that time same employee (534316) told after 12 emis no chagre for precloser.

                        But today i visited same branch, after paying 12 emis, to close my personal loan,
                        But now also, they are telling 4.5% as a pre closer charge.

                        If you keep on changing your words, how can we trust you.

                        I would have not taken loan, if you inform about precloser charges while processing this loan.

                        Now i am not going to pay this charge. I am ready to close this loan without any precloser charges,

                        Please do the needful.

                          I am an existing customer of tata capital home loan, i have a home loan since 2016 january, i would like to apply for pradan mantri awas yojana, i m contacting tata capital home loan branch at kodambakkam several times and i don't get any proper guidance, i have sent email to one of the employee her name is thenmozhi from kodambakkam branch, i have sent all the information she asked for and also sent several emails to know the status, i m not sure what to do next to apply for pmay and how long i have to wait for her response regarding this. I'm really frustrated and i may transfer my home loan to any other good banks if this is the customer service tata capital can offer. I will never recommend tata capital to any of my friends or family. I need an response as soon as possible.

                          When was it addressed? I didn't get any response from Tata capital regarding this. Is Tata capital playing with customers, making me really frustrated than before. I might file a case if I don't get any response.

                            I was approached by tata capital through its direct sales agent m/s autonet marketing pvt ltd acting through its representative ms, kashish through her number [protected] on january 27, 2018 for a car loan balance transfer wherein they committed to transfer my car loan running with hdfc bank vide loan account no. 37341113 to tata capital and further offered me a cash loan offer of rs, 83, 800/-. They took my kyc documents and my original car rc on january 29, 2019 for disbursal of my consumer loan and further taken rs 4500/- via neft/imps towards re-hypoecation charge.

                            On february 12, 2018, i received a welcome letter from tata capital that my loan has been disbursed for rs. 3, 84, 000/- for a period of 60 months. I immediately called up their call centre at [protected] to know the details but they didnt have any information. Subsequently, i had received an image from the dsa m/s autonet marketing pvt ltd dated february 7, 2017 that a cheque has been deposited towards my loan closure with hdfc bank and subsequent takeover by tata capital. The loan no. 37341113 with hdfc bank was closed and i have received the closure sms on february 24, 2018.

                            Subsequently, the dsa was unreachable via phone and the call centre of tata capital didnt have an information about my loan no., finally, i received the images that my cash loan cheque of rs, 83, 800/- drawn by autonet marketing pvt ltd vide cheque no 040309 (Hdfc bank, lajpat nagar),. The cheque was supposedly deposited in my axis bank bank account through axis bank zamrudpur, new delhi branch (Deposit slip with bank confirmation attached) on sunday ( (I dont know how) feburary 25, 2017 by autonet marketing pvt ltd. Till today, feb 28, 2018 the cheque has not been received for clearance. I called up, tata capital call centre today but they still dont have my loan records. My first emi of rs. 9080/- is due on march 3, 2018 and till date no further communication is received by tata capital.

                            Request help in the same as i feel cheated and duped by tata capital and its agency m/s autonet marketing pvt ltd.

                              Regarding my order number[protected]
                              I had placed it on 16th of feb'2018 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but order wasn't placed.Till today I haven't received my refund and the payment status still says pending.

                              I have sent them the transaction details and my account statement of the deduction as well as deposit. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest to avoid further escalation of this issue from my side.
                              Same thing has happened with me twice on the same day... Customer care is useless. Did you get your refund? What is the complaint mail address?

                                I have already cleared all the dues and late payment charges on 5th january, 2018 but still the loan is showing active on my name and you guys have totally spoiled my cibil score due to this type of negligence.

                                Even after making the payment you guys have approved my noc and i have received it too then how rs. 442/- still reflecting against the contract number [protected]. I need all this to be sorted out, because of you guys i am not able to apply for the personal loan anywhere not even to any bank. This is not the type of service which we customer deserves.

                                Even i tried applying for personal loan from tata capital and your sales service provider vishwajeet calling me after completing the 3 steps for applying loan and telling me that still rs. 442/- is still reflecting against contract number. How this is possible???

                                That means you are playing with us or what, how vishwajeet can tell me that you need to go that office from where you received the noc to get this sorted out even after telling him all the details online.

                                That means you are spoiling our cibil score not giving us any intimations about the over due and late payment charges and the time when i am moving to your office to get my loan clear noc then you are telling me that there are pendency and dues, this should not be done.

                                If rs. 442/- are still reflecting against my loan then how you guys processed for my noc and i have received it as well.

                                The time when i missed only one emi that is of rs. 2292/- one of your field executive came to my residential address and informed that rs. 50/- will be the late payment charges which i had paid him as well, that means you are taking the inappropriate money from the customers and not giving any receipts for the same.

                                If this is not going to streamlined i will moving my all the conversation and raising complaint at consumer court.

                                I need this active loan to be closed and my cibil score at the good level of 780 or above and also i am not going to pay this additional rs. 442/- which is still reflecting against the loan contract number [protected].

                                Don't make me wait longer for this, because of you guys i am getting such falling comments and disappointment from the other vendors wherever i am applying for personal loan that your cibil score is not good and still you have a active loan from tata capital.

                                If you are not updating the correct details even after filling it up correctly while filling the application form then what is the use of it, also you do not verify the details by calling your customer back.

                                Wow, really the pathetic service. You are the first people who spoiled my entire cibil score due to such negligence.

                                "tata" is the good and reputed name all over the world, do not spoil it by providing such services to the customers.

                                I have cleared the emi over due and late payment charges total of rs. 961.55/-
