Tata Capital — Refund related

I had ordered a tshirts which I received on 22april but i received partial order, one T-shirt is missing from my order. And I call the tata cliq customer care and they told me that your refund will be initiated in few days but it's been a month completed and I haven't received my refund yet and when I call them they always said that they already shared a Paynimo link to my mail I'd which I never received on my mail I'd, now I'm so tired to call them daily and to listen same thing everyday, they are not initiating my refund, please help me. My order I'd is[protected].and all other e-mails are coming on my mail except paynimo link.
