[Resolved] Tata Capital — Tata capital asking for cancellation charges | |||
Hi i had applied a personal loan around 3 lakh rupees, i had sumitted the rental agreement with own signature by the name of owner who is aware of that, that time Tata capital people didnt check and when the loan is approved and got the DD now they cancelled the loan from there end and asking me for Cancellation charges around 10k, is it not possible to give 10 k any circumstances . they should inform me first before processing the loan its there end problem not my end why should i give 10 k rupees, now the people are threatening me.
