It has been a practice that we get numerous phone calls and un-informed home visits for non-payment of single EMI.

I'm a NRI and I've made part payments in my account too. I've never experienced continuous torture/harassment from any financial institution except Tata Capital.
There were issues with finding tenants all through the pandemic and I have tried my best to manage EMI payments in this account. There were numerous calls to my parents, brother, my overseas whatsapp number, my Indian number etc. for single EMI non-payment even after informing that I'll bring my account back to current by end of May.
If this harassment continues, I'll be filing a police compliant against these agents/concern accordingly.
