I got pre-approved approved loan on neu app I have entered all information

I have raised LOT documents for my home loan on 25th Feb, 2022 but still I didn't get the same, and sales man are very aggressive and they are not co-operative.
customer care number [protected] not at all responding, called in that number for 6 times for 10mins, call automatically disconnected, no one answered....

Please let me know when your representative call me for final verification. From Thursday (03/02/2022) they are not call me back for verification & let me know when my loan amount will be credited.
