Dear Sir,
My Name is Pradeep Chiriveni and my Customer Code: 82001516, I have obtained a loan amount of Rs 2, 79, 000 in the month of October 2021 and details are below.
Loan Amount taken Details:
1) Disbursal Date:[protected]. Disbursal Request Amount: 100000, Disbursal Request Number:[protected]
2) Disbursal Date:[protected]. Disbursal Request Amount: 100000, Disbursal Request Number:[protected]
3) Disbursal Date:[protected]. Disbursal Request Amount: 79000, Disbursal Request Number:[protected]
Since then my Savings account is been deducted in the below mentioned way
1) on[protected], The Amount deducted is "12, 506.99" from which INR "3, 039.74" is shown as Interest and Principal Amt collected as "9, 467.25"
2) on[protected], The Amount deducted is "13, 915.56" from which INR "3, 481.56" is shown as Interest and Principal Amt collected as "10, 434.00"
3) on[protected], The Amount deducted is "13, 907.55" from which INR "3, 473.55" is shown as Interest and Principal Amt collected as "10, 434.00"
So, from[protected] till[protected], the total interest collected was (3, 039.74 + 3, 481.56 + 3, 473.55) = "9, 994.85" and the total principal Amt Collected was (9, 467.25 + 10, 434.00 + 10, 434.00)= 30, 335.25
but i don’t see the principal amount of Rs 30, 335.25 is adjusted towards main loan amount and still showing as "2, 81, 697" making the Principal Outstanding as: 2, 81, 697.
Now My Questions are as below.
1) Where is this Rs 30, 335.25 and why is not been adjusted towards main amount instead?
2) Why am i getting charged interest for the whole 2, 79, 000 even though i am paying 10, 000 per month principal amount? Why is not deducted from my principal outstanding amount?
If there is no answer from the concerned department by[protected], the answer should be very clear explaining the complete information and also should be given with valid proofs.
If there is no proper response from the concerned team or Management, i shall stop paying the EMI's from the Month and Feb-2022 and this is due to the negligence of the TATA Capital Team only and as a customer i shall not be held responsible for any legal or non legal issues as i informed very well in advance for the reason of not paying.
I tried raising the service request through TATA Capital Application (https://www.tatacapital.com/) log into my account and going to the service request screen but the moment i submit the request i get an error message saying "Case Id: Error in case ID creation" and i repeated the service request process for 25 times and every time i got the same response.
I Even tried their Customer Care number aswell but it never connects and there is no way we can reach to the team to dicuss our problems.
