Dear Team,
I have raised request againat my home loan in Tata Capital Housing Finance way before around a month but received list of documents with documents name as Document_MIG1, Document_MIG2 like this. When contacted customer services they said we can provide this much only for more details visit to branch. Now branch is 250 km away from my hometown and state transport is on strike from last 101 days. Raised concern on mail, twitter and to customers care but they are not helping.

      I got a call from tata capital on date 21/01/2022, that i have a offer of pre approved Personal loan.
      So, i have applied for the same on same date.
      After completing all the formalities like verification, call from their concern and E - MANDATE, on date 24/01/2022, they told me that money will be credited in the account on next day.
      But till date I haven't received any amount and while checking online they show it's under disbursement stage.
      I have contacted 5 to 6 times to customer care department, they don't have any answer and they always misbehave.
      I have written mail to their customer care id but still no response.
      So, discussing service, you are spoiling TATA name.

        I ordered a washing machine from Tata Cliq app on 20 January, 2022, I paid Rs. 24198 via debit card. The status was order confirmed and then it changed to order in process. The delivery date was 24 January. I did not receive any call, notification or any updates on app regarding the delivery, so on 25th I called them and the customer care executive told me that the order was rejected on 20 January itself. But still now the order tracking shows that the order is confirmed and is in process. And the money was already deducted on 20th January, I was never informed and they have kept the money for 5 days and counting, money refund not even started.

        This is fraudulent, offering fake service and keeping people's money. It is not a small amount of money and hence I decided to reach out to you.

        I need a refund with compensation for the loss and fraud of keeping money for so long without informing, and a sorry letter.

          Customer not get details of pending principal amount through Online porta or loan statement in TCHFL customer facilities . One need to call customer care or drop them email is the only option . If you compare with other banks all details are available in loan statement . This is evidence o[censored]nethical practices of TCHFL and strongly advise everyone not to avail any of there banking services ever .

          For me this ticket is no closed since still there is no facility to know your balance principal amount neither customer care know and nor its available in statement online, no where mentioned these details . Only option to raise ticket or visit branch which is PATEHTIC .

                There was a sale going on in Tata CliQ, and as a new customer, I ordered a few items at highly discounted rate. All the items, apparently after shipping, have been cancelled by the company, and the refund is not given due to being out of stock. How can an order, that is dispatched to a particular customer, be out of stock? And the involuntary cancellation of the order without customer's consent seems highly ethical, that too after being paid. When I tried to reorder, the same prices aren't being shown, and I have not received the refund yet.

                    This is in reference to my loan application (APPLXXXX8303).

                    I got to know that the disbursement was rejected even when the legal and technical were cleared, which was informed to me by Sales manager Amisha Manjrekar - Mumbai, i-Think Lodha (Thane W).

                    I also got to know that RCM (Manoj Yadav) is not comfortable in doing the disbursement. Hence I would like to have complete clarity to understand more details.

                    I am not able to understand what type of comfort is RCM looking for?

                    All this is coming when the go-ahead was given to me, docket was signed, cheques taken, PMAY form was signed, challans were paid, etc. If TCHFL was not comfortable, why was all these troubles given ? Why it was not cleared on the 1st Day.
                    Attaching copy of my sanction letter and SMS screenshot for the challans.

                    Where is the issue? Basis what were the above docs asked by Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd.

                    Please understand that I have made payment of multiple things which includes token to the seller, Tata Capital Processing fees, etc. All these are my hard earned money and cannot have this going into waste.

                    Statements from Amisha Manjrekar are as under;
                    1) RCM is not finding comfort in performing disbursements
                    2) Technical of the building are not clear. Building is in a bad state. This is coming after signing the dockets.
                    3) It depends on the mentality of the person approving the disbursement. I am surprised to know that TCHFL is working on the mentality of individuals and not following processes. Pathetic.
                    4) Flat is in a bad state. Even when it was informed that the Flat was vacant for the last 6 months and prior it was on rent. So it's understood that the condition would not be good. However, it would not remain the same when someone purchases it. (Should be understood by the Tata Capital team)

                    NOTE : There is already a Flat on the same floor, same building, same locality, same seller which was financed from the same Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited just 4-6 moths before.
                    Not able to understand how can the condition of building deteriorate in just 4-6 months and to an extent where it is questioned in technical.

                    All this has caused me harassment and mental anguish and I have incurred losses too.

                    People reading my post would understand the unprofessional behavior of Tata Capital. Better not to go with them else you would waste your time, efforts and money.
                    Hi Taha - What i suggest we must not leave like as its is the fraudsters and keep fighting with them for ourself and to teach lesson to them as well. Consumer court is the best place, it needs continuous efforts but working . Another thing we can do we highlight them through social media by ourself as many times as possible and spread across our circle not to take any product from TCHFL and i am sure it will impact them badly .

                      I wanted to close one of my Tata capital Loan account and I chasing Tata capital customer care more than 10 days but nothing is happen. I had made first call on 30 Dec'21 and my call transfer to Loan closer department I was on IVR more than 25 minutes but no has answer and than got disconnected and than again my call transfer to closer department and again I wait for 30 minutes but again no one has answered on call again on third call same thing happen with me I total waste my 1 hour 20 minutes and on 4th call I got comment that I'll receive call back with 24 hours but no one has turn up after 7 days again I called in customer service on 7th Jan'22 and I got comment that my request has been registered for closure loan account and I received ticket number as well[protected] but till yet no one has trun up for my loan account close request

                      First up all Tata capital is chargeable number and waste my valuable time now I need compensation and resolution on my concern at earliest

                        Disgusting CUSTOMER service. Representative kept me on hold and disconnected. When asked to transfer to a supervisor, he informed supervisor is not available. I called the second time and was disconnected again. Very dissatisfied with the service, and already referred two of my friends to not take any services from tata capital. Did not expect such a service from a brand like TATA.

                        They will call and annoy you for sales of services but when it's time to serve CUSTOMERs, they will provide such ### service.

                          On 31st Dec2021 I raised the request for forclosure personal loan .and they call me after 2 days asking why you closing your personal loan I explain due to personal reason .But after that call I received email your foclosure has been resolved .

                            Email is to notify that we were cheated by Tata capital Bangalore team (Richmond Road branch)

                            You have some employees who are working in your team who made fake promises (we will reduce ROI after 6 months) and achieve the target.

                            I have been following those people for the last 3 months and now they are not responding.

                            Regarding the Pmay application, your executive Jayram said that he forgot to scan the paper and missed submitting the application, This is completely not acceptable.

                            Please look into this and take some action against (Jayram and Ram G from Richmond road bangalore branch). I have sent many emails to customer support and Ram G. I spoke with Anish Rai also, but I did not get a response from any one.

                                  OverDraft loan is a Fraud

                                  This is Subramani from Bangalore, This is to inform you that I was forced to take OverDraft loan and my Customer ID is 9108192. I was informed by your manager Sagar to take this loan and has given me incorrect details over the phone. Sagar and his colleague has convinced me by saying there wont be any obligation if I take this loan but I have applied for home loan from Bajaj and it is denied for having Overdraft account. I'm unable to proceed...
