Tata Cliq — Boult Audio AirBass PowerBuds | |||
I bought Boult Audio AirBass PowerBuds True wireless, from Tata Cliq on 08 March2021. Order ID #[protected]. I returned this order on 14 March. Their person came and verified the product at my house, and picked up. I have also mailed them the pictures of the product as asked to me. Now I am being told be Tata Cliq, that quality check has been failed for the returned product. I asked them, when their person verified each and everything at my house and picked the product, how I am responsible after the product has been taken away from me. After that I don't know what happened to the product, if as per Tata Cliq it is failing in their quality check. He had clearly checked each and everything even by listening to it at my house only. My simple question is if it was failing he should have rejected it then and there only. I have been chasing them almost every alternate day, but It seems I have been cheated and become a poor victim of their fault. i would request you to please look into my issue.
