Tata Cliq has delivered me a defective product(Toshiba 50inch TV) which I have ordered from tatacliq.com on 20th september 2020.
the product got delivered on 22nd september 2020. and installation was done on 24th september 2020.
to my surprise the power button below the TV is not working. I raised a complaint both to TATA Cliq and Toshiba.
The technician visited my home again on 28th September 2020 and confirmed that the power button is not working.
I then raised a return request on 29th September 2020 as TATA Cliq is not having any replacement policy.
Till then i have been following up TATA Cliq to expedite the return process.
I tried reaching them on twitter/email/customer care support, until now 5th October 2020 I have not got any meaningful response from TATA cliq. They are only we are working on your request not sure what is stopping them.
