HI team,

My loan no TCFPL[protected] is deducted twice one through ECS and same day I was asked by your representative to pay through online portal, even when I told him it will be represented but he said no it will not be represented you have to pay online now amount is paid twice.

Please reverse the amount back on urgent basis as one more ECS will be presented in my account.

    My acer laptop charger failed and I searched for it online. I found a similar product on Tatacliq shopping site but I was totally disappointed.
    See the photo

    1. This is the only photo and even though it has arrow marks there are no more photos available of the product
    2. The pin is not visible in the photo
    3. The exact models of acer laptop with which this charger is compatible is not mentioned anywhere on the product page

    How does Tatacliq expect me to buy this product with such poorly stated information and incomplete photo?
    What the heck the top management is doing? Is this company making any profit and if not have they tried to find out the reasons why?
    This is poorly managed site with no adequate information to buy the product with confidence.

    I have no option but to look elsewhere or in a local market!

      Defective product delivered

      Tata Cliq has delivered me a defective product(Toshiba 50inch TV) which I have ordered from tatacliq.com on 20th september 2020.

      the product got delivered on 22nd september 2020. and installation was done on 24th september 2020.

      to my surprise the power button below the TV is not working. I raised a complaint both to TATA Cliq and Toshiba.

      The technician visited my home again on 28th September...

      Hello,

      This is regarding the order#[protected].

      I had bought croma7.4 kg washing machine & got a defective piece. Immediately i spoke to the customer care & initiated a return.

      I had followed up with you tata cliq team day in and out. After tremendously following up, i received a call from their large appliances team. Based on their instructions i uploaded all required screenshots & return was approved.

      My extended warranty from zooper got cancelled and the amount got refunded.

      However, it's been 4 months now still my defective washing machine has not got picked up & i didn't receive any refund.

      I would have called their customer care number 1000 times and every time i got the same reply that it would get picked up in 24 hrs, but all in vain.

      I had even requested to atleast refund me the amount in tata clique account so that i can buy a new washing machine & get the old one picked up as and when they can. But there has been no response.

      I am very frustrated & harassed with the horrible experience.

        Refund amount not credited to my account. I chasing customer care for past 20days still not resolved and they close the ticket stating they already transferred, however, I didn't not got the payment yet. if someone investigates in details and help me with the refund payment would be great.

          A very poor service from tatacapital home loan department. They have deducted emi on an unknown date even though applied for moratorium and when asked for refund no one is replying from tcfsl team. More than 15 email i sent to customer care but no reply. Following up since july. I don't need refund but atleast they could reply on email.. When called customer care they are saying their own rules which is different from rbi. I will transfer all my home loans to other bank. Fed up following with tcfsl team.

              Purchased a t shirt from Tata cliq which was returned and after pick up I received an email that I will get my refund within 24-48 hours but a month has been passed but no refund is initiated.I have raised many complaints but no response from company.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that I have purchased a product from Tata cliq app thinking its a made in India app. The product was not upto the mark so we requested a return. Its been 3 weeks now, either the customer number is busy or they dont respond. 2 of the service person of customer care attended the call and said you will get a call back and email regarding this. But we didn't receive any email or call. The product is still at my place without having any use.

                  Please look into this matter as soon as possible. There return date is just 1 week away from now.

                      Hi, i am pradeep kumar jampa.
                      Bangalore.

                      My tata capital consumer loan account no tcfcd[protected]
                      Loan taken date first emi date 02/07/2019 (Emi - 8334/-).
                      All emi were paid regularly only month of march 2020. I have statement evidence.
                      Once covid impact started, i opted for monotorium as applicable.
                      I am very much interested and committed to clear the dues as and when the covid situation regularises and same is communicated during the call with recovery agent.

                      The recovery agent started calling since july and forcing me to repay emis pending.
                      He was always harsh in payment recovery mode.

                      Today on 28th aug 2020, mr. Purushotham called from mobile number [protected]. Initially, i requested him that i will clear the pending payments by 31st august 2020, but still he did not oblige and started abusing my financial status.
                      He was very rude and infact used filthy / bad language and threatened me for life and nuisance at my residence. I have recorded part of the conversation after i felt he is going overboard.

                      I could not resist to reach out local police station and showed them the evidence of the recorded phone call, however the police spoke to him and advised him to take legal actions as per company policy but not being rude or fight with customer.
                      However, this person still is so egoistic to speak in same bad manner.

                      This is really a frustrating and stressful experience with tata capital.
                      I am very disturbed with this act.
                      I would take it and also request tata capital to take this issue very seriously and resolve it with an apology, else, i would take it as criminal offense and take to the legal authorities.

                        I applied for a personal loan as per the website. in website it is clearly mentioned that 15000 salary is the minimum for application, so on basis applied. application number is APPL11357734. I provided all salary slips again asked for my offer letter, so given the same. Now they are telling credit manager rejected due to minimum salary required is 30000. but in website clearly states it is 15000. misleading customers and after getting all documents informing 30000 salary is compulsory. My salary is credited 33000 all months from one year, due to covid crisis april, may and june only credited under 25k, now july previous salary credited 33k, july payslip also provided. i dont why after submitting all documents acting odd to people. really disappointed.

                          Please don't go for Tata capital housing loan, please go with lic, sbi hdfc, because Tata capital will say initially that as per bank they will charge, later whenver rbi reduces repo rate, .all banks will give option to customer through mail or sms. But here nothing will come and also if you call they will say ours is the best rate. Currently Tata capital given 9.5 for exisiting customer, whereas sbi, hdfc charging 7.5 c the diff

                                Have bought a tv (Vu 43pm) from tatacliq site on 19-jul-20 (Order id:[protected] and after multiple follow-ups product got delivered on 27-jul-20. Even after delivery of product, the status of order is showing as "item ready to ship" and because of this technician visit is not happening to my home to do initial demo and installation. If i open the box warranty will get void. Raised a complaint to change product status to delivered (Complaint number[protected]) still no response after 24 hours. No proper contact option available for tatacliq. No phone number and no email to write. Please help me.

                                  Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about tata capital and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                                  I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tata capital
