Tata Cliq — delay in delivery and no response

I have placed an order for realme 5pro smartphone on 1st june and my get debited at that time. The estimated date of delivery was 5th june but still i have not received my order and also no response from customer care of tata cliq.. I have been charged interest on daily basis from my credit card company.. I want to lodge consumer case on tata cliq.
