Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about tata capital and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tata capital

Please stop all these.

        Dear sir,
        This is bring to your notice that we have taken home loan of rs.15 lakh from tata capital housing finance ltd-7th floor habibullah estate hazratganj, lucknow since 19/05/2017 my loan account number number 9948241. I have already paid worth rs. 12, 33, 000/-and my loan outstanding approx 267000/- is pending and my property value is aprox 40 lakh presently. My loan track record is very good and my cibil is 750 rating we need rs.10 lakh housing loan for construction so i have applied for top up housing loan the financier tchfl, mr. Manoj kumar had taken all my documents to check my capability and financed me a property dated 18.06.2020. The financier also does legal, tehcnical and valuation of property 541a/152 aman vihar colony campbell road lucknow. The financier confirmed me that my eligilbity is approved to take a loan and the said property is also legal to fund. After 3 days dated 22.06.2020 he said to me sanction will sent me to evening but after 2 days 24.06.2020 he and his staff mr. Saurabh tripathi told me your case is on hold so i will asked to mr. Saurabh why he told me that company policy has been changes and your case is on hold and after six day company has debited my account of rs.3658/- dated 30.06.2020 these people have misguide and have cheated to me kindly properly investigate and refund the debited amount of rs.3658/- as soon as possible.

          India's fraud and poorest company running by tata capital housing finance limited.

          [protected] i am submit foreclosure cheque for loan account no 09713944 and top-up loan no 10662587 for mr. Gaurav sharma, credit manager tata capital agra branch as per latest foreclosure letters generated by mr. Gaurav sharma on[protected].

          Please stop ecs/ emi of loan account no 09713944 and top-up loan no 10662587 as soon as possible.

          As per foreclosure letter of loan no 09713944 of rs. 2813965/- but i am submit cheque of rs. 2833000/- so please refund excess amount of rs. 19035/- in my saving account as soon as possible. I am enclosed cancelled cheque.

            Can you please help me on the service ticket number 13448449 raised to reduce the roi (Rate of interest). This ticket was raised on may 14th and there were multiple follow up emails and calls to the customer care center. But still there is no single response from the teams to action on this. Appreciate your earliest help in resolving the issue.

              I Naineesh Agarwal had sent images for my boult true5ive bluetooth speaker return on 20/06/2020 on your watssup number provided by you as per your e-mail but 10 days going to be passed and no reply coming from your side againsr my return of my product as i am your first customer of Tata Cliq if this will be the service provided by your side i would not purchase any product furthur in this website as there are many website which provide better service but regarding Tata goodwill i purchased products from you.                 I am using tata credit card, which is issued as lifetime free card. But now i got a mail of annual charges and without my confirmation they have extended the card and i want to cancel the credit card. As i don't want to continue the tata credit card service

                  I don't understand when a product has a return option and customer care doesn't respond well even after mailing the required photos for return.. customer care call service doesn't connect all the time and no call back comes.. what should customer do after packing it and without confirmation about return.. how long should one wait without the required item.. dont know when can I purchase another one..

                    To TataCapital,
                    Ref number for previous email sent 13711412.I have applied for moratorium when i received an intimation of moratorium being extended, i have snapshot of the request ID & it says already registered, i understood with this request ID my request is honored however couple of days prior to my actual date of EMI my app had an incorrect EMI amount mentioned which is now corrected after repeated emails sent to tata capital with no luck in receiving any positive response. I am now made to understand 2EMI were incorrectly debited hence tata capital have reversed 1EMI however they refrain from crediting the 2EMI stating they have not received any request for moratorium for Jun-Jul-Aug, but i have attached the snapshot of the request number. money incorrectly debited was for medical purposes for a family member suffering from COVID19. I have had a lot of stress and pain in dealing with a simple request of moratorium which is approved from RBI. i have received a refund of 1EMI, not happy with the moratorium request not approved & however was advised to reapply for a moratorium but i am unable to apply a moratorium on the app when tried .. it says failed request ..

                    I need the second EMI refunded. I hope you understand my concern & need money to repay a family member who helped me in this time of need. 1st Moratorium i never had issues with Tata Capital however this 2nd moratorium has been a disaster with Tata Capital ...

                    Please resolve this for me as its a complaint that I'm raising ..I have attached the request raised now which says i have already applied for Jun-Jul-Aug.

                      I applied emi moratorium for month of june 2020 to august 2020 as per the rbi rules. But my june month emi already deducted on 5th june. I send more than 5 refund request and still the amount not refunded.

                        Ordered a phone for 18, 990 on 9th june and cancelled it the same day as i changed my mind. They accepted the cancellation as they had not processed the order. According to the website, refund was successful on 10th june, 2020. Till today the money is not reflecting in my account. My bank says a neft transaction takes maximum 5 hours.in that case, i should have received the money by june 11th, 2020. Their customer care is pathetic and their tata care is a joke. I have submitted multiple support tickets. No response. Wrote to [protected]@tatacliq.com, no response. I have been a part of the tata group, but this is not a tata standard at all.

                          delay in delivery and no response

                          I have placed an order for realme 5pro smartphone on 1st june and my get debited at that time. The estimated date of delivery was 5th june but still i have not received my order and also no response from customer care of tata cliq.. I have been charged interest on daily basis from my credit card company.. I want to lodge consumer case on tata cliq....

                          Hi team,

                          I have personal loan with tata capital loan account # 21219575. I have applied for moratorium in april and may month and tata capital did not considered that they are charging unnecessary and increased my principal amount without any notification. I have been sending emails to tata capital however they are not responding to my emails when i call customer care they will say we will check after that they are disconnecting my call without proper explanation.

                          Since i have taken moratorium for two months my outstanding unpaid principle amount should be 25, 698+ accrued interest. Now tata capital showing overdue principal amount 38997+ accrued interest and overdue charges and other charges.

                          They have cheated me putting wrong principal amount and other charges.

                          Please help!

                            I ordered laptop of inr 20000 from tata cliq online webisite on 7 june 2020.
                            I made payment through net banking. But my order (Order numer :[protected] is not shipped till 9 june, so i cancelled the order (9 june 8 pm). I have received cancellation mail from tata cliq claiming refund is initiated. On next day when i check on tata cliq app, it is showing refund is successful (10 june, 4 am). However i checked my account no such amount was credited. I am continuously tried there customer care number / tata unistrore number [protected] which is situated in vikhroli, it is not reachable.

                            This company is very unreachable

                              I kapil bansal running a home loan with tata capital housing finance limited and i sent a request to tata capital last month for issuing a foreclosure and list of documents for both of my loans.

                              I have been chasing them for weeks now and two days ago they confirmed that there are charges of rs 5900/- for my property papers retrieval. I was surprised to know about these unnecessary charges levied on my loan account.

                              I have been requesting to them for waiver of these unnecessary charges and now getting reply that they don't really bother about rbis guidelines and also telling me that these charges are of cersai /interest expenses etc.. I am further clarifying that they have already taken cersai charges during loan disbursal and i have been all interest part by equated monthly installments to tata capital on monthly basis. Below mail from company shows that how they are charging unnecessarily.

                              Now i am requesting your intervention for waiver of all these unnecessary charges.

                                I'm very disappointed with this company "tata cliq" as i ordered a coffee maker machine from tata cliq company. I paid online cause there's no cod option available. After that
                                I got message that my stuff will be delivered within 3 days but few minutes later i got a delivered message.
                                I'm totally schoked and worried. 😳
                                I haven't got my thing yet and i lost my money too. One thing guys
                                There's also no review about any products as it would disclose their fraudulence.
                                So people i extremely requeste you not to buy any products from this company as this company only come to fooling people and robbed them.

                                  I had cancelled this order on 20th of may 2020, and still waiting for refund. I tried to contact with their customer care 7 times but haven't got the refund yet. They just give fake promise on every call. Now the situation is that i had ordered this from my credit card and the refund will come in the same card and now i have to pay my credit card bill in a week because the due date is 12th june. And once i pay the bill then i can't withdraw the amount as cash from credit card so double amount will be there in my card. The one which i will pay and the other which tata will refund. So i request you to please force tata cliq members to refund it before 11th june otherwise i have to pay more 3-499 from my pocket and then i won't be able to withdraw it as cash. Thank you

                                    My name is minu pania and used to hold the personal loan with you guys
                                    And i have a serious compliant with you guys.

                                    I took loan from tata in february 2019 and my emi started from april
                                    2019. Let me educate you here. This was first and will be my last time
                                    With you guys.

                                    There were some issues with the bank and i have had multiple emails
                                    Exchanged with you guys. I logged complaints saying there was a fraud
                                    On the account and i had put a stop on the account. I got abusive
                                    Calls call centre asking to make payments and sometimes some creepy
                                    People walking up my doorstep threatening my family even after making
                                    Payment because, your collection team is fraud (This happened twice).

                                    This is an harassment. I want an apology from them now. I let it go then….

                                    I have been making payments since august 31, 2019. Here i started
                                    Assuming that i have my payments going regularly. There was lot of
                                    Miscommunication here let me remind you… this was my first time.

                                    My ecs has nothing to do with my cheque book and fraud was educated to
                                    Me by anup, who claimed to be your sales manager on 5th may 2020.

                                    Recently after the lockdown, i get a call from a different collections
                                    Guy and he says i am supposed to pay you for these entire months
                                    Differed amount and some charges too. I was startled here. As per me i
                                    Am differing to pay for 3 months only. Approx 32 or 39k.

                                    Now you are quoting me to pay you for all these days even after paying
                                    You every month. Also, your collections guy never asked me to pay late
                                    Payment charges until now. This is because you wanted to cheat me?

                                    I escalated this matter to your sales manager and my sales guy. It has
                                    Been more than a week i have no answer and also i am questioned and
                                    Asked to make payments.

                                    Very important, my cibil is spoiled because your team member never
                                    Educated me on this. Your team says we can’t do anything now… why?

                                    I have been honest and have been making payments every month post my
                                    Issues. Even now, i am chasing your team and others. Nobody is
                                    Bothered.

                                    Plus your team still has the audacity to call me and blame me itself
                                    For their team faults. I waste my time always to write you guys… this
                                    Time i want a sensible answer. No copy pate… this time i will escalate
                                    This on serious note. I have been patient enough.
