Dear Sir,
I have placed an order at tata cliq online shopping application at 17/10/2020 under condition of my old exchange phone.
Tata cliq exchange/return policy is they can place order 1st then with in 3 working days they can pickup exchange (old) product.
I have recived the new phone at 22/10/2020 but my old phone still not exchange.
I have tried & raised return request to tata cliq support team a couple of time. Since no response found.
When I call every time tata cliq executive gives new ticket number & said your problem will be solved in 3 working days.
But still no one can contact me to exchange my phone.
I have all mails, call recordings & tickets number which gives by tata cliq executive.
I would request you to raise my complaint on priority basis
pick up my old phone & give me my money back as soon as possible.
