Extremely bad experience !!
Ordered a headphone here. The product status changed to delivered before the date of delivery, without me receiving it. Apparently my product has been shipped to a different location from my address.
6 days and all the customer support has to say is they are looking into it, even after numerous calls. My reviews on this app are getting rejected and now am even unable to raise a complaint !
Please take action against this shopping website !
Don't run an inefficient portal and harrass the common person !

    April emi deducted for home loan account number 10562333 in the month of July. escalated several times but no response from customer support team. i applied for moratorium from April to August. created so many tickets for this issue but no response. its now 6 months i m doing follow up for refund. no one replying from tatacapital customer support.

              I had initiated a order on Tata Cliq App on 25th September with Online Payment.

              The Order was Confirmed after making the online payment with Order Id[protected] on 25th Sept 2020.

              I waited for few days to receive the order but didn't get order delivered, so I had inquired with Tata Cliq Customer Care for the Order Status.

              They ask me to wait for another few days for order delivered, but still the order didn't get delivered.

              So I ask Tata Cliq Customer Care for refund of the paid order, but they ask me to wait for 4 to 5 days for process of order refund.

              After many constant follow up more than one month time still I am unable to get the order refund.

              The Tata Cliq Customer Care and its Finance Team responsible for the refund operations gives excuse for wait for 2 more days for refund processing, but never gave the refund of the order paid.

              I am very disappointed with the Brand - TATA Cliq for such type of cheating and false excuses for not giving refund for the paid order.

              I advise to all the people who do online shopping to boycot the online Shopping from Tata Cliq for such a low grade service for the products and refund of the order.

              The Tata Cliq Customer Care as well as its Finance Team responsible for the refund of paid order is a SHAME on the Credit of Brand TATA for spoiling its credit.

                Exchange of old phone not pickup

                I have placed an order at tata cliq online shopping application at 17/10/2020 under condition of my old exchange phone.

                Tata cliq exchange/return policy is they can place order 1st then with in 3 working days they can pickup exchange (old) product.

                  Due to Covid I had lost my job, I had availed moratorium for 5 months, after that I could not pay EMI for Sept 20 and Oct 20 but you have debited my accounts unfairly as NACH return charges of Rs.590/- 7 times totaling to Rs.4130/- (on 12th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 29th & 30th Oct 2020). This is not fair.

                    I took a loan from TATA Capitals just because of this name TATA.I had immense faith in this name, just this name.How do I begin telling what mental harrassment TATA Capitals has caused me.I have clean record from the past 10 years but due to lockdown I couldn't pay 3 installments.So this bank agent came to my house and asked me to clear the pending emi's.I told him I will pay clear it all on 10th November.He said ok.My mistake was I believed him.So what happens next is on 9th Nov I was going to pick up my customers in Delhi and some agents from TATA Capitals found me and forcefully entered my car and took me to some unwanted and isolated place.How in the world can someone do something like this.Even if you have to recover your car how can you opt for such gundagardi.I cannot express how insulting this has been for me.Mental harassment I have been subjected to is undescribable.I have lost all my faith in TATA now I am going to make sure I don't buy even a needle from TATA.Is this what you do your customers?Is this how you treat them?

                          I had placed an order to purchase sonata watch with tatacliq.com with order Id :[protected] on 07 sep 2020..paid through my RBL bank credit card, on the same day i had cancelled this order, till now i didnt got my amount refund.

                          After giving many complaints ( almost 20+ complaints ) with tatacliq they are saying that this issue is escalated to higher authority..till now no response..

                            Ordered a pair of sneakers for INR 3, 200 on 4th October 2020 and the product was cancelled on 17th October by Tata Cliq itself, stating that the package was misplaced in some warehouse. I agreed for the refund initiation and now on 24th October 2020, I still haven't received the refund. The customer service is very poor as they are not even picking up the call. And whenever they call me, according to them they have already refunded the amount but I haven't received any refunded amount. They have also provided an ARN code but my bank can't track the transaction through that given number. Its been more than 20 days and I want money back as soon as possible.

                              I have taken home loan from tata capital and have paid all the dues and on time. When asked for the original documents, they told to pay 5.5k+ as documents retrieval charges. No other firm or bank is charging like that after paying the loan amount.
                              And Tata Capital is charging customers like anything when there is no written mandatory rule under RBI or Housing Finance ltd that they can charge customers like that.

                                I had ordered a smart watch on Oct 16th 2020 and after some time I realised there was a cheaper offer elsewhere and cancelled my order within a few hours.

                                Later after couple of days I checked to see the status of the refund and it says refund processed successfully whereas I did not get the money credited into my ICICI bank credit card account yet and today is 19th. I have raised multiple tickets but the issue is yet to be resolved.

                                Not sure why is status showing as refund processed when it is not actually the case.
