Tata Cliq Luxury — refund issue for order id[protected]

This is with reference to my Order ID[protected] against which I had initiated return of partial items. There has been an issue with the return and refund process, and the complaint registered under Ref ID 15614091 is nether resolved nor am I satisfied with the kind of support extended by Tata Cliq team.

I had ordered 2 Ray-ban sunglasses with the intent of checking the actual products and deciding which product to keep.

I have kept 1 sunglass which I liked, and initiated the return process for 2nd Product immediately on the next day.

The product that I have returned is unused and in the same condition that I received. I have just tired it on briefly before deciding which sunglasses to keep.

The delivery executive who came to pickup the return package had checked the product at my doorstep.

The supplier seems to have raised a quality issue and refusing to process the refund and claiming that product is damaged.

I hereby confirm that the product has been returned in original unused condition and verified at my doorstep at the time when it was picked up.

The claim from supplier is false and just a pretence for not refunding the amount.

This has been a very painful experience for me and the buying experience on Tatacliq has been horrible. Have never faced such issues with return and refunds on other e- commerce platforms and this experience with Tata Cliq has been a disaster. This is not what I expected from a Tata Group company
