refund issue for order id 131319001

This is with reference to my Order ID[protected] against which I had initiated return of partial items. There has been an issue with the return and refund process, and the complaint registered under Ref ID 15614091 is nether resolved nor am I satisfied with the kind of support extended by Tata Cliq team.

I had ordered 2 Ray-ban sunglasses with the intent of checking the actual products and deciding which product to keep.br...

Return cancelled without collecting order

I had ordered New Balance shoes on 8th Jan and got delivery on 11th Jan 2024.I initiated return the same day as the shoes were tight for me.On 12th Jan a pick up guy called but did not turn up for pick up.On 16th Jan the app automatically cancelled my return.I have been calling the customer care number but there has been no response.I tried to raise complaint multiple times through their app however it does record any complaint....

Ordered the Marshall Major IV wireless headphone vide order no.[protected]. I received the package with an empty box. I have raised a complaint on 6th Nov and have been following up tirelessly every second day for a resolution. Suddenly today the executive says that the item was packed and hence it was delivered. This is not only frustrating it is also ridiculous. I have wasted my time, energy and have definitely had far from a luxury experience. If this is what Tata calls itself luxury online brand then it's a joke.

    I had ordered 4 T-shirts for which I have already made the payment. I was suppose to receive the products on the 27th October 2023. Out of these I received 1 T-shirt on the 3rd November 2023 and still have not received the other 3 T-shirts. I have reached the company multiple times by email and by calling customer care but no one is providing any solution. They are not even giving me the refund for the same. My order id is[protected]. Please help. Customer care executive says CS Management team will look into this and CS management is not helpful at all.

        I Had Purchased ORB4147 Highstreet Polarized Sunglasses for Men on 11th Jan 2023.

        It was too big on face, and I had returned it with the same reason. It was picked on same date, when it was delivered on 15th Jan 2023. And on 22nd January they updated on app that "quality check has been failed." despite me not touching and using those glasses for more than 2 minutes.
        after so many calls on TATA luxury customer care, I asked them to raise a request and refund. it was registered and I was told I will get my refund in 7 working days it was 27th of January. and instead on refund same product was reshipped to me on 7th Feb and again I reached out to Tata Lux customer Care and asked them for picked up and it was picked up on 14th Feb. and now when I am asking for refund, they are saying the will not refund my money that there are scratches on Sunglasses, and I will not get refund and only glasses will be reshipped to me. this is a pure cheating with customers and now I am feeling mentally harassed and cheated. I want my money back. and I am highly disappointed with a brand like TATA .

          Delivery charges are NEVER refunded by them. Only after a lot of mails/ calls/ complaints are these refunded ( with a heavy heart)

          Its not the 1st time. Whenever there is a refund, you guys conveniently donot reund back the delivery charges. Only if we complain about that, do we get our money.
          So, basically, if a customer happens to miss checking the delivery amount refund, you will cleverly pocket that money.
          The same thing hapoened to me with my 2 items last time...and now again, the same thing.
          Superb strategy to cheat customers!!!

          Previous order no was[protected]...for which I had to be after you guys...for almost 6-7 days... to refund my shipping charges!!! PATHETIC. I had thought it might be 1 of cases...but I was sadly mistaken. It is your STRATEGY to cheat customers like this. Really really sad.

          This REPEATED PATHETIC EVENT NEEDS TO ME BROUGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR CEO AND SHOULD BE GIVEN TO PRINTMEDIA TOO...THEN ONLY YOU WILL STOP CONNING/ CHEATING CUSTOMERS...YOU GUYS NEED TO BE SUED...FOR SURE.

            I had purchased

            Le Creuset Cherry Red Iron 26 cm Evo Buffet Casserole
            Medium | Cherry Red | Qty:1
            for ₹17625

            The product received was in damaged box, there is paint scratch on the lid. We informed the company of the issue and shared the images on Jan 31 and initiated return from their website. Also got a conflation of the return initiation on email. Since Jan 31 they are not picking up the item from us and giving us a refund. Each time we call customer care we only hear the answer we are processing your request and you will hear from us in 48 hours.

            On repeated request for escalation I receive no call from their manager. After each call we receive an email saying your issue is resolved however the issue is still there

              Old, Tarted and Extremely Bad Shoe Delivered

              I am so annoyingly disappointed that first time in my life I have seen such a bad service from a reputed website. I always order from here because I love their service and quality but this time I am highly disappointed that the Adidas Shoe I ordered, I received an old tarted shoe in the box. I am sharing the picture, as soon as the delivery boy left I opened the box and I was highly disappointed to see a totally useless product delivered...

              Ordered watch from @TataCLiQ Returned it and no refund processed as Seller saying wrong product delivered to them. Logistic partner @delhivery saying they have delivered right product to seller. If product is misplaced then it is not my fault.

                This product was placed on 30 July and the product has not been delivered till date and delivery partner has been updating false remarks about delivery. On raising a compliant with them on 08th Aug till date no resolution is provided. Every day get false statement that within 24hrs resolution of product will be delivered or refund will be provided but even after 5 days...

                I ordered a Lacoste t shirt of Rs3200 + 99 delivery charge =Rs 3299 . I had a cash on delivery But on delivery day that is on 5 July 2022 i paid in advance through Paytm UPI through a QR code given on the bluedart box. But when the delivery guy came he didn't gave me the order as the payment was not updated on bluedart server. So later i called Tata luxury customer care and asked them . After 1 say i again called and they confirmed about the payment as i sent them the proof of the transaction id and screenshot of it which i will attach in the photos. But after that i asked them for refund and mailed them several times but every time they are just saying that technical team will look into it and today uts been 1 month and still the same answer they are giving and not refunding my money .

                  Took the product return unused and Tatacliq claims they did the refund and closed the refund process. I asked them for all details of transaction they stuck me with some prn no. Thats it..even when I do transaction I have more details regarding the transaction and these ### have nothing else than the number. Fraudsters, and they call themselves GENUINE. Fkn loss of 1500

                    It's been twice. First time they send me the wrong product and there was no option for exchange. Secondly, in fact today, i got an order wherein I placed the order for 2 lipstick, and i received one only. Also they marked it as delivered. No way you can contact them. Forget about refund.

The laptop has several faulty issues but they did not return it. After several calling to castomercare, they answered they can't go against their policy. They suggest me contact the company.                         I ordered an accessory from Tata Cliq Luxury App and after 3 days into ordering i woke up to check the order status when it said the order has been cancelled whereas i did not cancel it. The product i ordered was in an urgency and i had to get it by a specific date when asked for refund customer care said it will take around 2 weeks of business days and after that i can order it again when it will take the standard time for delivery to be delivered to me. Thinking of Tata as a well established company and this app being a subsidiary of it i trusted it i suggest no one to order from here there are better options such as flipkart, amazon, etc that work wayyy better

                          Had ordered a wallet from Tata Cliq luxury online store. The wallet description- PIQUADRO- Blue Pulse Medium RFID Coin Pouch. The said wallet was for Rs 14000. I had ordered the wallet on 10/04/2022 and was delivered to me around 14/04/2022. Post being unsatisfied with the product I had raised a return request on 17/04/2022 (within the time frame allowed by tata cliq luxury). The said product was picked up on 18/04/2022 by Delhivery (courier company) having tracking id [protected]. Initially the tracking id said the product shall reach the seller on 23/04/2022 then changed to 25/04/2022, again changed to 26/04/2022, further changed to 27/04/2022 28/04/2022 & and now 29/04/2022. This looks like some game. Multiple calls and call back request but no answer. No reply to emails as well. Its been 11 days already since picked up but money not refunded. Also the product is returned unused and original packaging.

                            Tata Cliq Luxury sold me a used / tampered product ( Casio G-shock watch ) and, after 15 days, have still not provided a resolution.
                            Selling, or facilitating the sale, of a used / tampered product, which has been advertised as "new", amounts to cheating a customer and is an offense.
                            The watch face had smudges and fingerprints, tags were not attached, user manual was of another watch, packing box dented and worn out.
                            Further, Tata Cliq Customer Service Management has keep me hanging, for the last several days, by promising a resolution.
                            Beware of purchases from Tata Cliq.

                              Now Tata Cliq luxury customer care executive is telling that they can’t refund me back for the item I have returned because seller have failed the quality check of the product since they have a packaging video of sunglass and don’t have any unpackaging video of that product which is just not a justified and reasonable statement. So please help me to get my refund back

                                Had placed a pre paid order on the 17th of Jan ( order id[protected]. I got a message (over whatsapp and SMS) on Friday 21st Jan saying my order has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. However, my order status shows ‘delivered’ when it clearly hasn’t been delivered. (App states the order was delivered on the same day as me placing the order which is just impossible) I raised a complaint through their help line number yesterday...

                                    I purchase a suitcase worth 11, 000 rs. the product was defective under warranty. On complaining to dkny as a company they agreed to take it back and refund, since I bought it from Tata cliq lucury they were supposed to handle it, they got confirmation from dkny for pickup and refund. It’s been one month they aren’t arranging for a pickup after daily reminders. Everyday they give me a different story for a month. It’s unprofessional and they are just playing games with me for a simple pickup.

                                      I bought a mobile phone from tata cliq on 30th October 2021...They sent me a different product (same mobile model of different colour and different IMEI number).
                                      I thereafter received the product and I said I am ready to keep the product just I need an original invoice of my phone with my delivered phone's IMEI details...
                                      They asked me for several processes, and I followed everything but they are clearly cheating on me and they are not providing me the original invoice..

                                        The pot has an ill fitting lid. As it is a tea pot and used for serving hot tea, it is not safe to serve hot tea. Safety should be top priority.
                                        Tried to return but rejected.
                                        No reviews are available when you buy the tea pot or any other item. Felt more like getting cheated.
                                        The brand name tata is what i trusted and only because of that placed the order.

                                          I had purchased 2 products from tata cliq luxury 1) one scotch and soda chinos 2) one mont blank smart watch the first product was picked up on 27 th of february for which despite calling 10-15 times my refund is not initiated and the customer care is not responding to any of my queries. And my second product watch was scheduled to pick up on 1 march for which the product is not getting picked for which also i have complaint 10-15 times no response from the customer care.. My amount is blocked fr m 20 days and these people are not responding to any of my queries. I kindly request you to please initiate immediate action against tata cliq luxury and get my issue resolved.

                                            Two weeks have passed since i returned the product...10 days since they confirmed me regarding making payment but still not got refund back in my account... And neither do they care to reply to mails or calls, so i want to approach consumer forum & other legal departments and want to sue them for their poor service, attempt to fraud, mental torture & harassment. I want my money back and now if i dont get it within 48 hours then they shall also have to compensate me with 5 lac rupees, enough of mental torture & harassment already.
