Tata Cliq — no refund

They didnt refund me..though my provided bank details were correct it is showing as unable to proceed the refund..bunt with the same bank details I got myntra refund with in a day
Its the worst online shopping site ever
I have ordered 5 products 3 of them wrong products were delivered
it was also delivered soooo late that I even forgot if I have ordered them
So I request You to Acknowdege and refund me at the earliest
