[Resolved]  Tata Cliq — Refund not received after returning product.

I had ordered a jeans from Tata Cliq site and the supplier sent me the wrong item, thus i returned the order and opted to get refund in my cliq cash wallet. There is a balance of Rs 688/- displaying on my cliq cash wallet, but i cannot use it to purchase other items through my cliq cash balance for the reasons best known to Tata Cliq experts who are so inefficient that they are still trying their best to solve this technical glitch since the last 9 days.
I would call this act a clear case of cheating by Tata Cliq to the genuine customers.
