My name is Mukund Biradar. You have cancelled the loan and after that EMI deduct from my account this month. I have called many times to customer care they don't have updates and your TATA capital agents not picking call.
Don't know what to do ?
It's now almost 2 months still can't resolved my issues.

    Hi,

    I have personal loan in Tata Capital with 14% interest. 8 EMIs are completed.

    Now want to transfer this outstanding to another bank which is giving me with 10.5% interest.

    I am not foreclosing the loan but transferring.
    In this case why Tata Capital is charging 4.5% on Outstanding? What is the point in transferring if it is loss for me? I talked to customer care multiple times but same response.
    Please help or advice.

      Home loan fraud - lack of accountability and duty corruption

      Hello,

      I am Praveen Karkada, I had applied for home loan with TCHFL loan application no. APPL50149876 dated 23/09/2021.

      I had a worst experience with TCHFL on this loan application and I have decided to withdraw my application and not to go for any loan related services from Tata capital.

      I had submitted all my documents and loan application through your sales executive Mr. RAM and sales manager...

      Respected Sir,
      I undersign Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, wants to bring to your notice an incident that happened
      to me. I had applied an OD loan in Tata Capital for amount Rs. 2550799 (Loan A/C no: 9109410). The concerned authority (Ms. Anu Ph no: [protected] and Mr. Arphit Ph no: [protected]) had promised me that there would be no processing fee or any other charges would be charged on the loan amount. The loan that got sanctioned after all the documentation in my account was Rs. 24, 818, 21; the remaining amount Rs. 68978 deducted by Tata Capital was on name of “processing fee and Insurance charges”. On asking Mr. Arphit and Ms. Anu about the amount that was deducted from the loan amount; they said that they were unaware that the processing fee and insurance charges would be charged and he gave me the reason as the criteria of my age (this would have been informed me earlier which was not done).
      I am transferring Rs. 24, 818, 21 which was transferred to me by Tata Capital. I do not want to proceed with the loan as the commitments promised by Tata Capital were not fulfilled. I would request you to look in to this matter and take necessary action against them. I hope you will do the needful.

        Cancellation of insurance given along with loan

        At the time of taking the loan, sales person and customer service told that insurance will cancel at the time of closing the loan but now changed the words that you have to pay the full amount to cancel...

          Refund not received after returning product.

          I had ordered a jeans from Tata Cliq site and the supplier sent me the wrong item, thus i returned the order and opted to get refund in my cliq cash wallet. There is a balance of Rs 688/- displaying on my cliq cash wallet, but i cannot use it to purchase other items through my cliq cash balance for the reasons best known to Tata Cliq experts who are so inefficient that they are still trying their best to solve this technical glitch since...

          I have closed my loan tcfpl[protected] on 29th Oct through 17903451 request and got No Due certificate on 1st Nov 2021. After termination of Loan again EMI amount of RS. 22035/- have been withdrawn from my account (Ref:[protected] on 6th Nov 2021. Till now the amount has been refunded. When i called the customer care they are saying it will take another 6 days (till 18th Nov) to reverse the amount. How can Tata Capital can initiate EMI for the terminated Loan. If its initiated why the amount is not returned to the account till now after 6 days . Till i didn't raise the complaint 18011694 they have not even initiated the return process. Is it not a Flow in the system. If some one didn't check the msg or balance in the account Amount will be with Tata Capital only. Is it a type cheating with the customers. Even RBI says if customer amount has been credited with fail status it should returned with in 24hrs but here Tata Capital didn't even bother till i raised complaint. This really questions credibility of Tata Capital. With this Loan itself i have two different experiences which show there are Flaws in the process and they can easily keep customer money if no one raise question. When they are keeping my money with them they have to pay Interest the same which they charge for late payment.

            Not Got any Refund

            I have ordered a product from tata cliq and then i cancelled the order due to delayed delivery and then on 5 November my refund was intiated and then on 10 November on Tata cliq app there it is showing that 0.0 rs refunded successfully but i didn't get anything in my account....

            I have loan with tata capital.
            I have made part payment of 40lakhs in february. Emi paid 88, 000
            they did not reduce the emi amount in month of march. Emi paid 88, 000.
            Thy reduced the emi in month of april.
            I have been asking for the explanation for delay.But no response since 4 months.

              I have a home loan account with Tata Capital Housing finance Ltd, today I went to their office at Lajpat Nagar New Delhi branch for foreclosure of my loan account alongwith the cheque of balance loan amount. The receptionist refused to accept my cheque and refused to foreclose my loan account. When I talked to the senior officer, he also refuse to accept my cheque and foreclose the loan account. They made me run from pillar to post but nobody hear me. This is very shameful behaviour of Tata Capital employees. I want to foreclose my loan account as soon as possible before expiry of my cheque within two days. Ply help.

                            Please provide me the foreclosure letter before i write an email to RBI
                            TATA Capital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            Worst service, i have been requested for forclosure letter but these people are just delaying the things from past 20 days. They just want my EMI to be deducted. I am ready to close the loan but tata capital is not allowing me to close.
                            I don’t understand why these people are not issuing the foreclosure letter even after escalating. These people have no respect. I thought tata is very reputed company. Very disappointed and pathetic service. Now i am taking this matter to RBI.

                              My Loan Number: 9048466. I am following up with you people for the last 3 weeks with no response to my email. I just wanted to know that after paying the switch fees amount on 2nd Sept why my tenure has not been reduced and the interest rate remains the same ie 7.9%. At last, I dial your customer care number and someone name Aftab from the retention dept had spoken with me. First of all, he doesn't know how to speak to the customer. He was extremely rude to me and denied helping me with my query. This is how you deal with your customer? I am been a loyal customer with no bad record to date, this is how you treat your customer even though it's your fault. I want management to take action against Aftab and make him understand how to interact with a customer. I am fed up with your service. Till date my answer is unresolved. I took the home loan & 2 wheeler loan (Cleared) by keeping Mr. Ratan Tata in mind. Because he is a true gentleman, but you people are spoiling his name and reputation of his company and troubling your customers with their unacceptable behavior. Have some respect for that person who has a good name in the world.

                              Management: Suggestion to top management. You need to train your people to how to talk and have some curiosity to reply to a query of the customer.

                                I seek your immediate action, explanation and appropriate on the following case.

                                On 20th September 2021, Monday, I tried to purchase a Rs. 5000 Gift card for someone from Tata Cliqu. To my surprise, the transaction happened but I didn't receive the GV so I called up their representative for an explanation. She explained me that this happened due to some technical glitch and the deducted amount will be credited to my bank account in some time. Further to that, she suggested to purchase another GV.

                                As the tata Cliq, is a reputed brand I purchased another Rs. 5000 GV. This time also it got failed and the amount got deducted from my account. (Proofs attached) Now total amount is Rs. 10, 000 but neither Tata Cliq nor HDFC Bank is taking any responsibility for the transactions.

                                Since Monday all the representatives of the tata cliq are misleading me and nobody is explaining to me the exact issue or how and when will I get my money back. They confirmed to me twice that your amount will be credited in your account in next 4-5 days.

                                TATA Cliq representatives are not providing me any solution to this problem neither they are willing to resolve the issue. I would request somebody from your team to look into this matter on an immediate basis or I will be forced to go to consumer court regarding this issue.

                                It's not just an amount but harassment from your side as everybody from your side is taking me for a ride.

                                Please understand I need to explain this entire case to your representative each time I called the bank.

                                To whom so ever it may concern in your team, please take immediate action and provide some resolution ASAP or I'll be forced to take legal action.
