Hp laptop battery, black i ordered from your onlinestore on 3th dec 2019. U r product resived 7th decmber. This product sototaly damaged. This produce was used and damges., and your e cart curiour service person vary bed behaviour.

I am writing to a complaint that i am not interested in getting my product replace since it is a defective piece i demand refund money. I have been your customer from past two year and have always purchased most of my electrical items from your store. I believe you will look into the matter and help me get refund my money.
I have already 5-6 time talk with customers care exicative.
And u r wish custmer care acicative so speking so bedly&miss behaviour.
