Tata Cliq — scammed by tatacliq.com for the purchase of gold ring

I placed an order (ORDER NO:[protected] on the website tatacliq.com on 12th nov. 2018 through paytm. the payment failed at the last step of the gateway but got debited from my account and the order was not successful. however i was assured by the customer care of tatcliq that the debited amount will be refunded in few days . however its has been a long time and i have not received the refund, upon calling them again and again they claim that they have issued the refund, but i have not received any amount . i also contacted paytm and they asked me to contact the merchant. tatacliq is simply refusing to pay me the money back. i have been put in a situation by tata cliq where i am compelled to say that they nothing but frauds . would request to help me get my money back
