I bought an expensive Tissot watch from the Tata Cliq Luxury app. When buying the watch, there was a 3-day return policy applicable for any Tissot watch which I bought from the Tata Cliq Luxury app. The retailer was Elite Enterprises. But after I bought the watch, there was a delay of 1 week for the watch being delivered. And when the watch was delivered, it had marks & scratches. When I tried to return the watch, all of a sudden, the 3-day No Questions asked Return policy had vanished from their website. And I was not able to return the watch. On reaching out to customer care, they haven't been accepting my request to return the watch, and are saying that their team is working on the backend to resolve the issue. They are not ready to accept the 3-day return window they had when I bought the watch, and are now telling me repeatedly that Tissot watches are not returnable. They say they are working on resolving the issue, but I don't understand what are they working on, considering that they had the 3-day window for Tissot watches to be returned which has changed in the 2-week window between the time I bought the watch and the time when I got the watch in my hand.
