    Hi,

    It's almost 4daya gone and still the refund is not credited back to my credit card source of Rs.699, whereas i recieved for others but I haven't for the order ID[protected]. I don't understand why this from your end.

    I didn't expected this type of service from you (Tata CLIQ)

    I want a refund in my account in a day time or else I will go ahead and file a complaint to Consumer Court.

      Dear Sir / Madam,
      This is in reference to my home loan account number 9242500.
      We have taken home loan on Subvention Scheme in 2013 and taken a loan of INR 35 Lakhs and they disbursed INR 34 Lakhs.
      I had been seeking for my loan documents from Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi since 2018. Every time I approached them; I was given an excuse. Finally, after a long wait I had to visit the branch (Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi) and was shocked to see what was handed over to me. I still haven’t received the complete set of documents as requested.
      The documents provided & shared to us by Ms. Nisha Bhati (employee Tata Capital) are Forged Signed by TATA Capital Housing Finance Limited. The demands made by builder M/s. Unnati Fortune Holdings Limited were not to my knowledge and in spite of no work being carried out at the site by the builder the amount was disbursed by Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited to the builder and fulfilling the documents formalities by themselves of having forged signatures on Schedule G. Attached are the documents of forged signatures by Tata.

      In Spite of having and sharing RERA Order long back with TATA Capital on 17th January 2019, wherein the EMI’s were to be paid by the builder as per agreement until possession, Tata Capital involved itself in all illegal and unlawful practices.
      The matter must be investigated at top priority and the culprits should be punished keeping in mind the legal aspects and brand name like TATA. A brand name like Tata talks about Compliance with huge handouts and I see it on records that nothing has been carried out apart from Forgery in my case.
      I hold Tata Lajpat Nagar completely responsible for this Forgery and disbursing my loan without my knowledge with forged signatures.

      Dear Consumer Complaints Team, Upon my complain to you, there is a response from Tata Capital customer care team wherein they are not talking about the forgery they have done nor they are taking about the loan documents against which they have disbursed loan EMI's to the builder. I have my brother Colonel with whom they have done the same forgery. Looks like this is more of a SCAM done by TATA CAPITAL Lajpat Nagar-2 Branch New Delhi. I am available incase you would need all the documents I have been writing to them for the loan documents since 2018 and the forgery signed documents shared by them as only 1 document and still to get the other forgery signed documents. Assuming it to be a complete scam since they have forged and scared of giving the loan documents.

        It had been 3 weeks almost, since they had committed to refund the debited money value of 3900rs to the source account. No solution given!

        So many support calls, appended emails, grievance officer co ordination- These are all, I had been doing but they are dragging things and they are just saying repeatedly same reasoning as (automated refund failed, finance team manually processing) so and so!

        They had never delivered the product as well for a week firstly. Refund generated upon on cancelling 3 weeks ago, SO If we consolidate- been 1 month I am tangled

        They are just procrastinating and has very poor process protocol, product etiquette.

        I had paid last month cc due to this unwantedly, and now another bill is being generated.

            Hi Tata Capital Team,

            This is with regards to the personal loan which I have taken from Tata Capital. I have pending dues against my loan and I couldn't continue paying my EMI's for a very long time as I had multiple personal issues starting from my dad falling ill in 2019 with a Stroke and he was bed ridden for a year and passed away in 2020. In the recent two weeks I have been having visits from your below mentioned collection agents and their behaviour is very rude with me as well as with mom and this is continuing very frequently.

            I have already explained the entire scenario to my advocate and he has asked to take this legally and get the same closed. Hence writing this mail and I would be taking this matter further legally from my end. Also, any more harassment from your collection executives at my house address, i will be forced to file a police complaint against your company.

            Below are agent details who have been visiting my residence on a frequent basis.

            One of them claims to be the legal person from your end and had asked him to show the legal documents from your end and he failed to do so.

                  I had ordered on july 17 2022 and cancelled the order within a span of 5 mins. I have not received the refund yet and all the Customer care representative asks is to wait. I have raised multiple complaints on the app but they mark it as resolved without providing any update. I need my refund asap. My complaint No. 08110596.

                    Hi this is regarding my personal loan thats been approved by tata capital on 26th June 2021 and today is 20th July. Almost 1 month abt to complete but the status still showing post approval data entry. Even I called mny times to customer care but they only hv simple and . U hv to wait no any senior person there to listen my complaint. I am shocked that this is same tata company whose owner is great Ratan Tata or any small nbcc . I hope now they will hear my request through this channel. Thanks

                      Every process is completed but they want me to take loan of 3L i said i just need 90k and he said that he will speak with his manager and get back to me, after that he told take loan of 1L then only we will process i said okay and after 2 days i called back for asking status again he is saying take 3L then we will process now itself, i have informed him sir i don't need that much amount and i can't repay it, and. asked for 1L he said will check with manager and get back, now he is not responding calls and my application status is post approval

                        I have applied for loan of 90000, everything has been processed and some person came and visited my house after that they sent mail and call me to take loan of 3L i refused them and asked for only 90k he said that he will speak with manager and comeback and informed to take 1L and i said okay with that now again i called back him he said that take 3L we will process the loan soon and I didn't agree that.

                          I received a mail from tata capital requesting me to avail a pre approved PL offer. I applied for it and they promised that money will be disbursed within 2 hours. They confirmed that the loan has been sanctioned and I done the e-mandate as per their request. I received a application letter and emi details over mail but I haven't received any update after that. Now when I check the status I can see "Post Approval Data Entry" under the application.

                          Kindly help me to resolve the same as soon as possible, I have requested for a personal emergency and I request you to disburse the amount as soon as possible.

                          I have reached out via twitter DM and mail too but no response from the team.

                              There is a Manager at Tata Capitals in Patna. His name Nishant Singh. We had a bike loan issue and were told to talk to him in April 2022. At first he told us this will be fine but later regarding documents when we tried to call he ignored our calls then started abusing us calling us profanity and keeps not doing our work and is holding out documents and we are not able to get loan from anywhere.

                                From last 15 days my personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry called lot of times to Tata capital customer care but they don't know how to talk every time they asked more time to resolve mailed but no one reply not expected form Tata group very poor service from Tata capital.

                                  I raised a complaint immediately, they as usually drained my return window period with "sorry for the inconvenience we are looking into it" mails and then came up with the resolution that they have sent me the actual product. I have the proofs o[censored]npacking the parcel, invoice, and images for my claim. I have asked for their proof that they have been claiming that they have videos of quality checks and packing. SEND ME THOSE OR RETURN PICKUP THE WRONG PRODUCT THAT YOU DELIVERED.

                                    It is to kind notice that I've cleared all your full payments/ total dues of loan a/c [protected] against etios car no. PB02BM0056 by name of Mandeep Singh. I deposited last and full total amount of Rs. 27000/- for close my loan account on 17.03.2022. And company issue me Closure letter/NOC on 19.03.2022. I have NOC and zero outstanding loan statement. But the problem is that A person from Phar Ganj Police station, Central, Delhi visited my home on 18.06.2022 by 6:00 am with court's notice. It was case registered no. DLCT[protected]is still active in the court of Ms. Preeti Rajoria, Metropolitan Magistrate, Central, THC. It is request you to please withdraw your case immediately as it is like harassment and please inform me about withdrawal of case.
