DEAR SIR/MADAM,
My TCS account has been locked due to three incorrect attempts.I got the mail to unlock my account with the new password but even if i try with that new password its not opening.Still its coming as my "account is locked due to three incorrect attempts".please help me with this because my ilp is going on now I have to download my form 9 from onboarding forms.For that I need my portal to be unlocked so please help me with this at the earliest.My name is SARANYA.R

My TCS account is blocked due to 3 incorrect attempts now when I go on unlock account after entering reference ID they go to page where asking to complete email so after submitting that it shows your account unlock link is send to your email ID but there is no link on my email id

My account has been locked after 3login attempts...after resetting my password again it shows same like your account has been locked due to 3login attempts... Pls help me to unlock my account
