I have joined TCS IEG project on 15 May 2024 on annual contract basis, my contract getting expired on 31 Mar 2025. In view of personal grudge by Manager, he has submitted negative review to IEG Head and the same has been forwarded as Not Recommended to HR department. In spite of my hard work and dedicatedly worked for this organization, my contract is not getting renewed, I am being replaced but given official reason in view of project requirement, contract not getting renew. I am helpless and under stress, official notice have been sent to me for deposition of my laptop and ID as a part of separation process. I am in urgent need of this job to support my family. Just because of the personal grudge of the Manager, my contract not getting renewed. The Manager used to suppress us during Teams meeting and give threatening statement that you will be removed in no time, just keep quite and listen to me. In view of the Manager's rude behavior, I alongwith other associate too are the victim. Request kind support and help as we are totally helpless and lost hope. Was this information helpful? |
