Hi, I am ex employee of TCS, emp Id 281052, LWD was July 2016, I'm unbale to login to TCS alumni portal, I have reset my password, however not receiving temp password on my email id, raised several requests via contact us tab but no response at all.
I am stuck with my PF transfer procedure and struggling since last few days.
Please help me asap.

      I need service letter on high priority and i am not able to reset my password in alumni Portal. I have given all the necessary details to reset password and the webpage pops up with a message saying that it had sent temporary password to my email.
      But i haven't received any.

      Can any one please help this on priority.

        Hi,

        I am ex-employee of TCS & when I'm to trying register alumni portal for first time it shows server is down due to maintenance window. Atleast the maintenance window period is also not mentioned. Can you please help make sure the alumni portal is up.

          Dear XYZ,
          I am writing this email to secure your support for my release date. Unfortunately HR is not able to provide me a workable release date so far.

          For better prospects, I have decided to pursue new opportunity accordingly I submitted my resignation on 23rd Jan and requested a release on 20th Feb.
          I have worked for 15 years in the company where i was transitioned from Eserv to TCS. During my tenure i have delivered my best for the company and secured high peeformance rating .

          This is an extreme disappointment and stressful period i am currently going through while negotiating my release date with the HR team.

          I have also offered them my willingness to deduct my leaves earning and provide me releaese on my requested date and ensure them necessary handover from me to ensure no impact on the project.

          However HR/my manager team are constantly rejecting my request and sending me back 90 days clause. I am sorry to say, their attitude and discussions are not mutual and see no cooperation to me who have served such long tenure in the company.

          I look forward for your support for my release date.

              Enlisted are issues, with Passport Website & Mobile App managed by TCS. Hope the same is brought to the attention of Shri.Tej Paul Bhatla's team for faster resolution.

              1. Unable to re-upload documents after uploading 4 documents and subsequently deleting 1 or more. Through Mobile App, even first time upload feature doesn't work.

              2. The DigiLocker interface doesn't fetch the documents despite valid documents being there in DigiLocker.

              3. No provision to select 10th studying/exam appearing students in the Education Qualification drop-down.

                I apologize for the inconvenience, but my interviewer did not show up for my scheduled interview. I had been preparing for this interview for weeks and was looking forward to it, so this was very disappointing.I understand that circumstances are largely out of your control, but I was hoping you could help me understand why the interviewer did not show up.                   Hi, I am facing issue in tcs alumin portal registration. I have resigned from tcs on sep 2nd 2022. After resignation when i tried to login to tcs alumin portal it's showing invalid user name and password. I tried to reset the password but it is showing invalid username. I have tried registering again but i could not it is showing that the details is not matching with the databse. It's been 4 months i have raised multilple tickets in tcs alumin portal contact us but i didn't got any response. Latest ticket numner: 1009439. Please help me on this issue.

                  TCS alumni portal is pathetic. i faced similar issue. they donot contact over mail. they only send status updates through your portal helpdesk. if the problem itself is through logging in, god help us then

                    After completing my graduation, I worked in startup company. I worked there for 1 year 6months. Later, I got selected with TCS as a Business Associate. At a certain time, I got a job with TCS as a permanent employee With 3years of experience.
                    I was happy as it was a dream come true for me to become a permanent employee in TCS. I accepted the offer letter and was asked to submit the documents online. I was asked to join as early as possible. So, I shortened my notice with the previous employer and releived as early as possible.
                    My first employer was a startup company and from my previous company was their and previous company HR replied properly to the BGC team about my employment. I was informed that, since the company was their, the BGC team could not prepare a proper report and made my offer status negative.But they said that offer letter and relieving letter is not considered as a proof and they required only bank statement . I got my salary from my first employer as cash in hand for first few months and remaining months bank statement was provided already but they need all months bank statement. I even explained them that. But they insisted me for bank statement for the Cash on Hand salary. I do have deposited that money in my bank account but they didn't consider that.
                    I made them understand that I was a ex-TCSer as I worked in TCS as a BA for 1yr and 3months and I have provided all the necessary details of my first employer when joining TCS as a BA. I also informed them that I will provide them with my Manager, Program HR, colleagues and my previous TCS BA employment records for proof. But the answer I got from them was, the BGC conducted by TCS BA is different from the BGC which TCS permanent role conduct.My onboarding process was done already and I got the Offer letter from TCS.And now I am jobless.
                    As they requested the more clarification about my previous employment .I told them if they want any additional proof about my previous employment I can collect and ready to submit .But the HR refused and she is asking on the bank statement for the complete working years .I do have submitted the bank statement which I have with me .But still she wants to see things via online verification.
                    If someone from TCS management team had a chance to see this, please respond back. If required, I can provide the details if I do have someone to help me get my TCS offer back.

                      I am unable to login into TCS alumni portal as it says Invalid user ID .

                      Raised the ticket several times still no response
                      Ticket No. 1001950

                      I left the organisation on 29th of July
                      Still not received my experience certificate and reliving letter

                        I am waiting for my onboarding from 1.5 month. I have been relieved from my previous organisation one and half month back, as I was holding offer from TCS, now when I am waiting for my joining for too long it is been really depressing that will the team onboard me or not.

                        My recruiter doesn’t properly responds to my mails. Kept my recruiter’s manager as well in the mails.

                          Waiting for my onboarding from 1.5 month.

                            Hi I am an ex employee of TCS and my LWD is on 30 Dec, 2022. Since from 31 Dec, 2022 I am trying to register multiple times in TCS alumni portal to download my documents but facing issue. Opened tickets but permanent solution is not provided.

                            I also sent mail to [protected]@tcs.com, india.[protected]@tcs.com but no response from them. Mail is attached.

                              I was interviewed in TCS and the HR asked me to submit all my documents.
                              I tried uploading my photo and documents but it says 'some error occurred'
                              Although all the requirements are met(size, width) but still it shows there is some error. I am not able to upload the photo it's been more than 12 days.
                              I tried contacting help desk and sent mail to [protected]@tcs.com but haven't got any resolution.

                                I got offer letter from TCS on 30 November and I was supposed to join in the month of December but I haven't received any information regarding onboarding, welcome mail or Joining mail. I contacted onboarding hr and mailed her several times but didn't get any reply. Recruiter is also not even responding and I didn't received and information.
                                Due to this offer I resigned my past job.
                                Requesting you please help me to get joining mail Or onboarding information.

                                  I am an ex employee of tcs. My employee id is 2123258.
                                  My last working day was 13th dec. I have not received my full and final payment yet. Ticket no. 999144 has been with been raised since 30th dec. Earlier they said to share bank details again that too was done but now am not geeting any reply and ticket is open with pool only.

                                    I have received a call on[protected] from this number ‘+[protected]’ regarding my interview for the BPS exam which I gave in august 2022. Then she asked me if she could arrange an interview at the TCS Kolkata office(walk-in) on[protected] & I said yes. Even I asked her to send the venue & exam details by email & she confirmed it. But till date I’ve not received any details regarding the interview. I've even tried contacting her twice by calling but she didn’t pick up. Now I have missed my interview due to the communication error caused by TCS employees. I have mailed this matter to "[protected]@tcs.com" earlier on 14 Nov 2022 as TCS support team had told me to do so, but later I was told that the email id was only for experienced candidates. So basically no proper information regarding the interview was provided to me. Without any valid official proof I can't even enter your office premises. Also their Helpdesk team is hanging up the phone on my face.
                                    Hoping for a resolution soon.
