Hi,

Waiting for my onboarding from 1.5 month.

I have been relieved from my previous organisation one and half month back, as I was holding offer from TCS, now when I am waiting for my joining for too long it is been really depressing that will the team onboard me or not.

I don’t know how and where to reach out someone. As my recruiter doesn’t properly responds to my mails. Kept my recruiter’s manager as well in the mails.

My onboarding was supposed to happen on 16-jan-2023 again, it is been postponed and I don’t really know the exact reason behind it.

Hi I am an ex employee of TCS and my LWD is on 30 Dec, 2022. Since from 31 Dec, 2022 I am trying to register multiple times in TCS alumni portal to download my documents but facing issue. Opened tickets but permanent solution is not provided.

I also sent mail to [protected]@tcs.com, india.[protected]@tcs.com but no response from them. Mail is attached.

-Tried to register on : Jan3, Jan7, Jan8, Jan9, Jan 13
- desired solution : check the details by authentication and allow for
registration or send documents through mail

I was interviewed in TCS and the HR asked me to submit all my documents.
I tried uploading my photo and documents but it says 'some error occurred'
Although all the requirements are met(size, width) but still it shows there is some error. I am not able to upload the photo it's been more than 12 days.
I tried contacting help desk and sent mail to [protected]@tcs.com but haven't got any resolution.

I got offer letter from TCS on 30 November and I was supposed to join in the month of December but I haven't received any information regarding onboarding, welcome mail or Joining mail. I contacted onboarding hr and mailed her several times but didn't get any reply. Recruiter is also not even responding and I didn't received and information.
Due to this offer I resigned my past job.
Requesting you please help me to get joining mail Or onboarding information.

I am an ex employee of tcs. My employee id is 2123258.
My last working day was 13th dec. I have not received my full and final payment yet. Ticket no. 999144 has been with been raised since 30th dec. Earlier they said to share bank details again that too was done but now am not geeting any reply and ticket is open with pool only.

I have received a call on[protected] from this number ‘+[protected]’ regarding my interview for the BPS exam which I gave in august 2022. Then she asked me if she could arrange an interview at the TCS Kolkata office(walk-in) on[protected] & I said yes. Even I asked her to send the venue & exam details by email & she confirmed it. But till date I’ve not received any details regarding the interview. I've even tried contacting her twice by calling but she didn’t pick up. Now I have missed my interview due to the communication error caused by TCS employees. I have mailed this matter to "[protected]@tcs.com" earlier on 14 Nov 2022 as TCS support team had told me to do so, but later I was told that the email id was only for experienced candidates. So basically no proper information regarding the interview was provided to me. Without any valid official proof I can't even enter your office premises. Also their Helpdesk team is hanging up the phone on my face.
Hoping for a resolution soon.

My DOJ was 04-Nov-2022 later they Updated to 04-Jan-2023 but not received any information regarding onboarding welcome mail or Joining mail. I contacted onboarding hr and mailed several times, recruiter is not even responding, and I didn't receive and information. I did send same document lot of time on mail.

My employee ID is 1937073 and my last working day in TCS was on 7th Dec 2022 and still I haven't received my relieving letter and experience certificate. I have raised a request in alumni portal and sent multiple emails to separation officer but of no use. Could you please help me with this issue as my new organisation is asking for these documents to be uploaded?

I am an ex-employee of TCS. I have been trying to register with TCS Alumni portal since October and have raised several tickets but to no avail. Kindly help me to be able to register in the portal.

i received a call and mail from *HR Manager * and they are asking me too pay 2000 amount for application and remaining process if in case i didn't do that. They are telling that they are going to block my documents from their end and year after I'm unable to apply for any private or government sectors.
they are waring like this. so, please reply for this as soon as possible because it is a mandatory action from your end.

I have submitted all the requested documents to my seperation HR and even received an acknowledgement mail. I received my FFS as well but still did not receive my experience certificate and reliving letter.

I have shortlisted from TCS on 10 October 2022, "EP2022CN1133309 "

Next day as I submitted all the required documents, and also done verification calls 17 October 2022.Hereafter am not any update from tcs.

It's almost 2.5 months over, I tired to call HR somany times but no response.

Please help me, Nextstep what should I do.

Until now no update, no feedback email received. HR doesn't respond. No updates whatsoever.

On[protected] scheduled an interview from 10:00 AM to 10:35 AM, I attended 10 min before the meeting and waited for 2 hours but the interviewer didn't show up. and replied to the received mail.
Again I received mail on[protected] scheduling an interview on[protected] from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. They contacted me by phone before the meeting and said to be ready. I joined the meeting and I waited for 1 hour until the live meeting ended but the interview did not show up again.
It's been 2 months still I haven't received any rescheduled mail or further updates.
I have mailed the TCS many times they didn't responded to my emails till now I didn't get my interview.

I have completed all my interviews rounds and HR told to upload all my documents in https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/login site before HR discussion. So, I have done all those finally my HR round also done but after that no one is contacted me by mail or call about joining and all I dropped email also. Please give me one proper reply based on that i will attend interview again and make this clear and useful to me TCS team.

My name is Sailendra Saha working in TCS with Emp id 2282040. I did not received my salary for September, October and November 2022 and I doubt I will not be getting my salary for December 2022 as well. I reached everyone in TCS but did not get positive response.I was on medical leave from 5th September 2022 to 29 September 2022 and reported back to office on 30 September 2022 and since then I am working. I am financially not well living with a family in Delhi on rent not able to bear expenses.

Please help me to get my pending salary from TCS.
