I had registered my plot in sept 2018. Tcs has scanned only sale deed on both the documents and modt document is nowhere. Only sale deed reflecting on EC also. Even the soft copy is not being rectified by tcs due to which my modt is still pending after 4 yrs also. And the bank is continuously asking me for the modt documents

Dear Sir / Madam,
On 4 November 2022 Dubai TCS HR terminated me by putting a false allegation of security incident on me. When i didn't accepted the termination Dubai TCS HR gave false assurance that they will help me in getting another project and requested to share my updated resume asap with RMG HR and further said as per HR and compliance process we are sending termination email and also assured that i will get a project. Days passed and they terminated me by putting a false allegation on me. When i send email to them asking for justification i never received any reply from them.

This is how Ajay Choudhary TCS HR head harassed me:
1- He put false allegations of a security incident on me. But he didn't share any details with me. As an HR he should share all the details of the security incident but he didn't.
2- He fooled me, cheated me by saying that I will get a project, where i have to go for work and he requested to share my resume with RMG HR.
3- After giving my resume to RMG HR she stopped answering my calls and messages and Ajay supported RMG HR even when she was not answering my calls and messages.
4- For allowing HR Sayuj Keerangalit to give me an LMG (Landmark Group) project only if i agree to get terminated after a month.
5- For forcefully and unethically terminated me.
6- For allowing HR Sayuj Keerangalit to use Anshul Geols identity to fool me on the phone and to tell me to come to the TCS office, so that they can help me. But they never help me.
7- For telling the receptionist to take my personal mobile and lock it in the cupboard. When I reached the TCS office the receptionist took my personal mobile and she locked it in her cupboard, receptionist said HR told to take my mobile and lock it.
8- For calling the senior manager (Krishnaji Raghavan, employee Code- 198023 Senior Manager) to pressure me, force me, threaten me to sign visa cancellation papers and termination acceptance letters or else they will spoil my career, by not clearing my BGC (background check) and by not giving me experience and relieving letter.
9- For giving the false commitment that they will forward my resume to all the TCS vendors to get the job only if i cooperate in signing the visa cancel papers and if i cooperate in termination.
10- For saying my BGC (background check) will not be clear when i will join the new company.
11- For putting a false absconding on my name in the Dubai Labor Department and no information given to me before and after putting absconding.
12- For not giving me an experience letter. Due to this im not getting job.
13- For terminating me even though Ajay Choudhary knows that I'm innocent. He knows very well I have not done anything wrong in CBD and never taken anything, still he cleverly tricked me and forcefully terminated me without giving valid justification, without answering my queries and without giving satisfactory answers.
14- For instructing my teammates, my colleague not to talk to me, not to answer my calls and messages.

Ajay Choudhary TCS HR, spoiled my career, my life and my reputation. He made me too much suffer, my whole family, my old parents and my small baby got impacted because of all this. Now Ajay is not answering me and not giving me valid reasons for all the injustices he did with me.

If i really did anything wrong then Ajay Choudhary could have shown me everything before terminating me. But he played with me, fooled me, gave fake assurance and then very cleverly he tricked me and terminated me. Till date he is not answering any of my questions and not at all giving any kind of justification and valid answers.

I had sent an email to the TCS Management head office (Mumbai) informing them about all the injustices and violations Ajay Choudhary did with me but they didn't respond.

I am registered with alumni portal but whenever I try to login to the portal it shows the following error "User ID not registered".
Have raised multiple tickets regarding this and yet no response from them.
I needed to login regarding my Full and final settlement documents since I couldn't find the Corporate seperation team contact anywhere and its urgent.

Hi Team,

I have given my Technical interview on Feb 10th and later I got a call on Feb 13th, 2023 from HR I have cleared my technical round and the next round is managerial round which should include only taking screen shots, but due to some technical issues they didn't take my screen shots even I joined in teams for that screen shots interview and later Feb 20th I got email from another HR to upload my document in their portal iBEGIN so on the same day I have uploaded all documents
and on Feb 20th, 2023 I got call from same HR regarding my current package and notice period in the current company.So I have provided those details over the phone.After that I didn't get any further update and later I have emailed the HR who asked me upload the documents about my background verificatrion and he replied i will get back by end of the same week.So again i didn't get any update so when i called him about the update then he only reminded the other HR for screen shot interview and they scheduled it on March 15, 2023 and same day I noticed all of my documents are in verified status in iBEGIN PORTAL but again I didn't get any update.So I called the HR who asked me upload the documents he said he left the organization and he has given contact no and email Id of HR who can handle his tasks in place of him.So I tried to called and emailed her but no response.So yesterday when i emailed by looping the other HR who arranged the technical interview then she responded as below. I am really got worried why after my technical, managerial and documents verifications they need to rework on my profile. So even i said ok to take interview again but no further response which makes me mentally disturbed.I was very happy when they said i have cleared technical round and even my documents verifications also good as per status in their portal, but they are not mentioning the reason for rework on my profile and even I can access my details from their iBEGIN portal.

I got offer letter from TCS on 27th Jan 2023 and accepted. (offer valid 120 days)
My onboarding date was on 22nd May 2023. As per the on boarding date I have served 90 days notice period and released on 12th May 2023 from my current company. But I recieved a call just 7 days back that it is delayed to July/aug.Now I am seating ideal as I didn't get onboard on scheduled date.I have financial issues

When I checked with HR, I didn't get any proper answer or any next onboarding date

So please consider as priority and let me know when will be the next onboarding date.

I had got a offer letter from TCS on 28th February 2023 and the offer validity is 120 days .

My onboarding was scheduled on 29th of May 2023 but they are delaying it.
I have already received a release letter from my previous company and due to the delay, I am sitting idle with no work in hand.

There's only 30 days more left before the offer letter expires.

My last working day with TCS is 31st Jan 2023, and my employee ID is 1746462. I have not received my experience letter yet and my current employer is asking to submit the same . How TCS as a global brand can do such things .on the basis of TCS offer I have not looked for other opportunities.

Now portal is showing as "17th July 2023" is my joining date with out intimation.

How TCS as a global brand can do such things .on the basis of TCS offer I have not looked for other opportunities.

I am unemployed. My joininf in TCS was 16 April. Due to a missing document they extended my joining. After 2 weeks I have that document. But now they are giving me offer to join in July.

I accepted the offer on 31st January and my onboarding was on 22nd may but I recieved a call just 4 days back that it is delayed to July/aug.Already 105 days are over and I am worried what will happen if they don't give me joining before 120 days.I.am an experienced professional and it is difficult for me to survive without a job for 2 months.I have already completed notice period in my previous organisation.
Please help me on this.

My joining date was 22 May 2023 and confirmed multiple times by Recruiter. Just a week before my Joining Date it was suddenly postponed to 17 July without my concern.
My LWD is also completed at my previous organisation and i will face huge financial loss due to this.
Due to some medical conditions at my home, i can’t afford to be unemployed for 2 Months.
Also as stated in offer letter, it will be terminated after 120 days of date of issue. And its was issued on 12 Feb.

Hello team, my date of joining is 15th May and two days before hr called me and said your onboarding process will be in August. I am experience person and already I have rejected two offers for TCS and also i released on 12th May in previous company.
Portal still showing 15th May and there is no any mail received from HR about the same.

Hi My Date of joining is getting postponed again and again. My EP number is EP2023CN1918029.
I have accepted my offer letter for TCS on 27th January 2023. Previously my date of joining was 1st May. But as recruiter updated the wrong location so it got postponed. Once she updated it correctly it was rescheduled for 17th may. But now recruiter is saying that background verification status is not updated in system so the joining will be on the July month, while BGV is already done for me in Feb month only. Till July my offer letter will also be terminated as 105 days are already completed.

I have already resigned from my recent company and now my notice period of 90 is also completed. Please help me with this issue. Already more than 100 days are completed from accepting offer letter still joining is getting escalated.
