I am unable to download my service certificate and relieving letter from alumni portal. A corrupted pdf is downloaded. Unable to open the file.I left the organisation by Jan. Please reissue the certificate. I need it urgently.

Hi Team,
TCS alumini portal is not loading at all .I require Form 16 document to submit Income Tax Returns in this year and the deadline is approaching i.e. 31st July'22.I have been sending mails to [protected]@tcs mail id but no response.
It is urgent to to receive Form 16 before deadline otherwise I would end up paying penalty unnecessarily.
Please help me to get my Form 16 to file returns in time....

The Alumni portal is not yet up, have been tracking since so many days.

I need to submit my IT returns but without Form 16 I can't do anything.Else we need to pay penalty after 31st July.

How are we supposed to get it if the portal is not working at all.

Please resolve the issue on urgent basis....

As I need to fill my ITR, I am in need of form 16 for the financial year 21-22 as the alumni portal is not working...

I am not seeing an option to raise a ticket on the alumni portal of TCS. I need to raise a ticket for my PF transfer request but dont see any option anywhere in the website!...

My last working date has been wrongly updated by a 2nd level person as

TCS alumni portal is down for the last few days and I am not able to get form 16 for filing the ITR. I will be getting a penalty if not filed by the 31st of July. Is there any other way to get Form 16?...

I am writing this with really numb hands and feet not because of my inability but due to your dampening efficacy. I decided to join this company for the name TATA associated with Mr. Ratan Tata sir but all in vain. The recruitment process of TCS has really created havoc in my life and not only mine, during this process I came across many candidates who have been tortured, mentally dragged to a state of repent, where anyone will think 1000times...

I left TCS on 31-Jan-2022 and till now not received Form 16 due to which i am unable to submit ITR. From last 10 days approx TCS alumni portal is also not opening. I have raised a ticket in alumni portal as well few days before but till now didnt get any response.
Please send me Form 16 of last financial year....

TCS Alumni Portal page was not loading since many days.
Now that page is loading, Help Desk Menu is missing from the menu items ( only My Documents and FAQs menus are displayed).

I had raised a ticket in Help Desk on 18 July 2022 and is waiting for 9 days for a reply from them.

As Help Desk Menu item itself is missing, I am unable to get a resolution to my ticket.

Please look into the issue...

Hi,

The TCS Alumni portal is down since two weeks. I need to download Form 16 in order to file ITR. The deadline is 31/7/2022. The is no other way to get the Form 16 as mentioned by the HR. So kindly look into the same as I will be imposed a penalty post 31st.

Need form16 for ITR filing. But portal is not working....

My Last working Day at TCS was 17th April, 2020. My form 13 transfer out has been rejected by EPFO due to the technical problem as PDF could not be opened.

So I resubmitted the claim on 11th July 2022 as per the instructions by TCS Corporate Support Team. My Online Pension Transfer Request (Tracking ID[protected] has been accepted by employer but it is still pending at field office (EPFO).br...
