Hi,
My name is Talha Shaikh Employee ID 923191. Its been around 5 years I left TCS.
I can see some balance still stuck in my PF Passbook under TCS's employment.
I want to transfer the amount to my Current Employer.
I have raised ticket for the above issue but found no response from TCS.
Ticket Number - 901785, 910023 & 910027.

Can someone help me with the escalation matrix if my tickets are not responded.

    My employee id is 1775353(Narayana Padullaparthi). Last working day is[protected]. I was not provided with the initial release letter by my branch separation officer within two working days after my release.

    I request the team to provide me the initial release letter as soon as possible.

    this issue is still not resolved. The support team is least responsive and they are not responding with SLA of 3 working days. The separation officer imroz mohammed did not even respond to multiple emails i have sent requesting for release letter. Worst process execution by tcs being a CMMI level 5 company.

      I have raised multiple tickets in alumini portal of tata consultancy services and have got no response from them, my employee id is 979374, please help in doing the ffs and giving the release and experience letter, it has already been over a month, i have mailed corporate finance team but no response,

        I registered to TCS alumini portal 10 days back and still not got activation link on my personal email ID. I raised two tickets using "contact us" link but still there is no information regarding my login. I have to raise for last 3 months payslip

          I am unable to know my PF Settlement claim status.

            I have registered in TCS alumni portal on 13 th August 2022 but I haven’t received the activation link in my mail till after 5 days, can you kindly help me regarding this .Also raised multiple tickets on contact us section but no reply from them .

              I got offer letter and DOJ. And I got several remainder mails to join to on the day they provided. And they didn't share any mail regarding joining and when I ask them the reason that background verification have some issues ( related to salary slip) and I submitted the documents and ready to provide contact means of my ex-company HR or director with their consent. Issue here is they didn't inform me the issue even on the day of my join. They simply cut the communication. And I resigned from my previous company to join TCS. I got the information only when I asked them the reason. After I give them the documents they didn't give the update and even HR also not replying. This is very unbecoming of company like TCS. I respect the process and ready to make the issue if they informed me earlier. Now I'm jobless because of them. The background team was called Matrix they also very rude while asking me the details.
              I have proof that they provided me all the joining commitments and didn't inform me anything regarding issue.

                TCS Alumni Portal 'Help Desk' option issue

                Hello Team,
                I have issue with the TCS Alumni portal. I have logged a ticket over the portal 1 week back and issue which i have addressed there required to be resolved on urgent basis for me. It has been more than 1 week but still my ticket is in pool status and has not been assigned to anyone till now. Also, since today morning, the 'Help Desk' option is also not visible so i am unable to track my ticket as well. Please let me know...

                Raised many complaint on alumni portal still they are just closing the ticket but not crediting my night shift allowance .shared them screen shot of approval for night shift allowance already.

                      I resigned from TCS but not able to access Alumini Portal and raised multiple tickets. Ticket No # 904220 and 903615. It say my DOB in Alumini portal is wrong and not able to contact HR other than reaching Ticket in Service Portal

                                I am an ex-employee of Tata Consultancy Services. I am not able to view any of the documents in that portal, including my payslips or FFS statements. I raised a ticket on 2-Aug, but it was not attended yet. I raised another ticket as a reminder to that 902599 on 10-Aug. Two times it was marked "Resolved" with same copy paste comments, but issue is still persisting....

                                Full and Final Settlement tickets are not being checked in TCS Alumni Portal

                                Tcs - nextstep portal login issue

                                Actually i applied for the tcs nqt freshers drive, when i visited the website to check on update regarding where my center is but when i tried to login it was prompting this message"Some error occured in the system. Please connect with the support team." and when i tried contacting the support team website wasnt responding what is the issue, could you please atleast tell me where the center for my exam is i havent received any mail...
