Hi Team,
TCS alumini portal is not loading at all .I require Form 16 document to submit Income Tax Returns in this year and the deadline is approaching i.e. 31st July'22.
It is urgent to to receive Form 16 before deadline otherwise I would end up paying penalty unnecessarily.
Please help with issue resolution.

    I want form16 to file ITR but TCS alumini portal was on maintainance mode on 22nd July and issue was expected to resolve on 22nd july 1pm ist.But today i checked so its showing it will be in maintainance mode till 25 july 11 pm .I need form 16 urgently and cannot wait until so long .So please help me.

      My last working day with tcs was 1st july but still now they have not provided me the relieving letter and experience certificate.
      There is no communication on full and final settlement.separation officer is not responding to any of the mails.
      My colleagues getting these formalities done in 5-10 days, what is the special about my case, atleast i should be informed on this.
      I demand an instant action on this.

        Alumni portal registration failure

        Dear Team,

        I am unable to register to alumni portal on TCS. My LWD was 6 July 2022.

        I tried registering twice and both times it failed.

        I need to get it fixed as I need to access forms and payslips.

        Please assist.

        My employee id is 2017687.

        Its been more than 15days since i got my ffs, i have not received my releiving letter and service letter, all the documents sections are empty in the portal, also no one caring to answer my tickets, i have rised multiple tickets on different days and nothing is answered. also my current company hr keeps asking me my service certificate which pushes me to the verge to fear that i may get terminated because of not producing the proper certificate

          Maneesha HR[protected] is being rude to me in package discussion her tone itself is threatening and demeaning. For package discussion how can you demean the skill set and experience. For document verification how can anyone threaten to not followUp. This made me lost respect over company

            Interview Process Escalation | Documents Scam

            I was done with my interview on 06-july-2022, i did clear tech and managerial round same day on video conferencing and two days later i got call from HR to discuss salary and then hr who discussed my salary was waiting for some screen shot from the panel that never came, i talked to HR but even he was hopeless as he was also trying in his end but the panel was unreachable.
            As a candidate today is 18-july-22, i feel really disgusted...

            Hi,

            I have submitted all the docs to the EPF office via online and Speed-Post for a small correction in my EPF a/c related to my name and Date of Joining.

            It has been more than 3 months since then and I have not received any update from the EPF office, so my Aadhar cannot be linked with my a/c.

            Requesting TCS to follow up on this case. A ticket has been raised on this issue with TCS 834140 dt. May 3, 2022.

              Emp id - 188516

              My Superannuation fund is not getting transferred to the NPS Scheme. I have submitted all my docs and got an acknowledgement too from TCS.

              I have raised the following Tickets to remind them on this topic - 834190 raised on May 3 (It got force closed on the portal) and another one on 879188 - Jul 6.

              It is still not done after more than 5 months. Kindly look into it and provide an early resolution for this issue and provide me an update on [protected]@gmail.com

                    TCS alumni portal is NOT loading since many days

                    Hi Team,

                      Hi,

                      My name is Abhishek Raut my last working day in TCS was 8th april, 2022 I got FFS in 2 days but in its they not paid hole amount some are missing (NSA, NHP) after that I raised ticket in alumni portal and it's takes 2 to 3 months to resolve the issue. My 2 months NSA was pending march and April but when they send me amount it's only for March and for April it's still pending.
                      From last 2 to 3 days in am trying to visit alumni portal but it's not opening I am getting this error.

                      This site can’t be reachedwww.alumniportal.tcs.com took too long to respond.
                      Try:

                      Checking the connection
                      ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

                      Separation officer also not respond on calls.
                      Helpless now looking for resolution.

                        I am ex-employee of TCS. I tried to access alumni portal to download Form 16 but portal is not reachable/working for past 3days. Please let me know when portal access issue will be resolved or let me know alternative solution to download Form 16.

                            Alumni portal not working to download Form16

                            I am siva dosapatruni[protected]. Ex-employee of TCS. last working day is may16th 2022. TCS Alumni portal is not working when I am trying to download Form16. This July 31st 2022 is last date for filing returns. but without form16 its not possible to file income tax returns. please resolve the issue asap....

                              I have been trying to login into TCS Alumni portal but the site is not reachable for the past 2 days (from 14/7/2022 onwards) . I have tried clearing browser history/cookies, different browsers and even tried in different devices but the site is not reachable . I am unable to access my documents or raise ticket due to this

                                I dropped an email to my Separation Admin requesting for form 16 via email and she sent it to me. You can also try the same way.
