    I wanted to withdraw my pf, however, i can not see any balance as it is showing "passbook not available to this member i'd as this pertain to exempted establishment i. E. Trust

    I want to get my money, however, i am being stopped from withdrawing my money during this covid 19 situation.

    I have also transferred my previous companies pf amount and which is also not showing.

        I have asked to update my e-mail address on tcs alumni port to india. [protected]@tcs.com (As suggested on their website). I sent the e-mail on 27 jan.'2018 and haven't heard of anything post that. Sent an e-mail on 6th may.'20 as well and awaiting their response. I wish to check my pf and withdraw it urgently due to my medical condition and covid-19. Need support urgently

          I am following up for the pf transfer from tcs to my new pf account with epfo, but the process is still not completed since 6 months.

          I have submitted the annexure k but the process is still not completed.

          Epfo is saying the process is not completed from tcs and tcs is saying its epfo fault. I don't know what's going on.

          Please help me..

                Today 23/03/2020, they called employees for working and are now not providing any cab or help for reaching back to home.in case of this prevaling time of corona gandhinagar is locked how can employee get back to home? They are responsible for employees can safely get back. Yesterday at 10 pm they asked to come to office by logging their cab schedule and that too for time 5:00 am. As time was too late to do, the cab was not done with and trying different options it happen for 10 am. After that employees reach office and mean while gandhinagar was locked. They were sending back some and some were illeterary seated

                  As garden we request you to close your all the process/work because of covid-19 (Corona)& leave all the employees till the next order of government i. E.31st march without cutting there don't think about loss your employees health is more important than your loss. Give them work and tell to do it from home. There safely is important.

                    Hi all,
                    I am ex employe of tcs. Emp id :1256749.

                    In ffs, an amount of rs-12629 was deducted as part of advance salary. But as per my knowledge, i have not taken any advance loan in last 3 month. I raised the same issue in alumini portal help desk, ticket no : 505259 but it's been more than 2 weeks, i am still waiting for my issue being resolved. Even though i have not been updated. Please resolve asap.

                      A big frustration in my first attempt to get reimbursement in 4 yrs. We avail medical policy to help us in times of our need but thanks to your delay tactics it become a financial burden having to pay late fees on other personal obligations (Adjusting the medical expenditures). Custom care reps are so robotic. All the original bills has been submitted. For clarification the phone nos and addrs of the hospital is on the bill for any needful. Have had medical policies with other companies and didn't have to get through such issue. Kindly look into it. Claim # [protected].

                        I have being advised to buy passport cover from bangalore passport kendra stating passport is unsafe without that cover. And i paid for 3 covers. Its a month till date i have not received the covers and made over 10-15 calls and emails to customer care. There's no response to track it nor any acknowledgement.
                        If you cannot do a service why are you canvasing to make me buy?
                        Getting the money is service not delivering it?
                        Refund my money don't loot people like this.

                          I have not received my pf withdrawal amount after leaving tcs on 23 december 2019. I have also submitted pf withdrawal form at the time of leaving organization. It's been 2 months and i have not received the pf amount. I raised a ticket regarding that as well but no solutions found. Have also submitted all bank details correct.

                            My name is bhavani.I got a message via phone which was an offer letter for tcs.I was shocked to see that it was an fake offer letter and had lots of spelling mistakes.And i was asked to pay 500rs for the application form.So cheap this is .Really disappointed.                               I had applied for passport on 20/11/2019. With which i opt for cover.
                              I received my passport, but not the cover. When i tried to contact the customer service with mail and phone, they said the status is showing not applicable. But these people are not explaining whats not applicable. When i asked for the resolution they are asking me to visit the psk office.

                              Now as per availability i had selected pune office whereas i live in other city which is 250km far. Its not feasible to visit the psk office for me.

                              I am expecting at least give me a valid reason for visiting psk office or else please refund my money back i dont want these filthy service.

                              TCS and the great name of TATA is definitely suffering due to the forced sale of passport leather wallets at an exorbitant cost of Rs 400/-. The staff mention passport loudly and go silent in mentioning wallet. The customers are deceived to think that buying the wallet is part of the process. The staff make several mistakes in the main service of passport work.

                              It is pathetic how this public cheating goes on and will eventually be a big scam,

                              Why does not TCS open a few thousand shops / kiosk outside the passport services area.

                                Sub: wrong credentials of name and property in ec against registered document properties
                                Ref: enclosed ec against document number 5192 dated[protected] recently updated through dec 2019 petition at thuraiyur sro for updating the encumbarance of related partition deed properties.

                                Request to go through the attached ec viewed today through tnreginet portal and found credential for each property does not reflect the correct owners of the property due to index of the executants wrongly mentioned as

                                1. பாமா 2. ேகாகிலா 3. உமா 4. கண்ணதாசன் 5. குணேசகரன் 6. மாணிக்கம்

                                Against

                                1. மாணிக்கம் 2. பாமா 3. குணசேகரன் 4. கண்ணதாசன் 5. உமா 6. ேகாகிலா (As per document executants - serial wise referred for each properties in the document)

                                Due to above mistake in sequencing the executants, the properties are referred to others and getting rejected due to non tallying with the parent partition deed document information.

                                Request your review and instruction to revise all the executants details and the property schedules which are in reverse order or in random order, is also not as per registered document.

                                Plot area shown 1324 sq ft and address given as villiage murugur and street name from thuraiyur and all survey numbers of the thuraiyur and murugur in one line irrespective of the nature of the property.

                                  I have applied for encumbrance certificate online and my application number
                                  Eca/online/32853446/2020 dated 13.01.2020 through the portal tnreginet.gov.in maintained by your company.

                                  I have paid around 1621 rupees for the encumbrance certificate through online and reference details received acknowledgement through online. Below for your ref.

                                  Now it has been more than 2 weeks and my certificate is still under "saved
                                  Stage. I contacted nreginet.net and there is no proper response from them till now. I visited twice sr padappai and met sub registrar and concerned clerk, they said you can download through online, but it's saved status. Not completed/submitted.

                                  Please investigate the matter and let me have the ec immediately as it is already more than 18 days since i paid
