Ticket # 420193, in tcs alumini portal, i have sent all the information they asked me. The bank statement have my name, ifsc code, my latest transactions. They agreed that they will sent the amount in 3-4 weeks on 23rd aug, but it never happened. Again today on 27th september, after i inquired, they asked me that they want bank statement with my name on it.
A bank statement never comes without the holders name on it.
I have resigned on 25th aug 2017, and joined tcs on 23rd nov 2009.
Please look into this because this is happening since feb 2019.
Tata Consultancy Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have raised a ticket in Alumni portal to check my PF settlement status. But I haven't received any reply from helpdesk regarding the same.
Please do the needful.
