raised a ticket in alumni portal for ffs no response

I did not receive my ffs completely. I was due for my night shift allowance and some unknown debits. A ticket has been raised but i have not got any response from their side. When i send them a mail i have no response and neither is my hr responing properly or giving me a point of contact. The total ampunt constitues to about 3100 which is a huge amount....

I received a call today morning from tcs. They enquired me about my resume that i have uploaded in ur site. Then they tested my communication skills and then confirmed a training period job and informed me to finish my online exam. The call was then transferred to verification dept. They asked for my bank card number, exp. Date, cvv and otp too. When i asked them the reason for this verification they said its official and they said if any problem occurs raise a complaint on us.
So please help me to sought this problem out.

Raised my 4th ticket 440557 on tcs alumni portal for pf withdrawal. before that i have already receive my pf withdrawal process successful response, but still cant get my pf. Please need some fast and effective process.

        unable to login in tcs alumni portal

        From yesterday (02/10/2019) i tried logging into tcs alumni portal and faced a new issue - "you are not an authenticated user or your session is expired". I need to submit my pf withdrawal form in order to confirm the full and final settlement has been successfully settled. I had tried so many times to login but i am not able to login to tcs alumni portal....

          unable to login to tcs alumni portal

          Trying to login to submit my pf funds but whenever i tried to login to alumni
          Portal it is saying 'you are not an authenticated user or your session has been expired.'. I have tried all the method from changing the password to new register but still getting the same error. Pleaseresolve the issue as i need to
          Submit the document to get my provident fund.

          For off campus selection, the exam is conducted and the eligibility is 60%. I've attended the exam and qualified but while interview they rejected me because of i've written 1 backlog after 4-2 semester exams by checking marklists. But before in interviews they've not checked and didn't do like that.. They didn't give these details before the exam which is the eligibility. I prepared for exam and interview too.. I came from long to attend to the interview and wasted my time and money...

            I kavita dinesh paul 1714792 joind tcs at 13 may 2019 but still now i don't get my full and final settlement. I was give resignation at june 2019 i also take consult with many person who work in tcs. I was able to get 6000 that is ilp training salary. But it is soo late that's i don't get my salary. It is very important for me. Because i am belonging from middle class family.

              Ticket # 420193, in tcs alumini portal, i have sent all the information they asked me. The bank statement have my name, ifsc code, my latest transactions. They agreed that they will sent the amount in 3-4 weeks on 23rd aug, but it never happened. Again today on 27th september, after i inquired, they asked me that they want bank statement with my name on it.
              A bank statement never comes without the holders name on it.
              I have resigned on 25th aug 2017, and joined tcs on 23rd nov 2009.

              Please look into this because this is happening since feb 2019.

              I cleared tcs nqt and I am aspiring for tcs digital I even know the code and everything for digital exam but I used to get compilation errors when I tried with python platform. I am aware of the technologies for digital I am ready face any exams right. What I should do sir?

                The ffs team completed all the settlement formalities in around 15 to 20 days of my last working day. However, it was done with a incorrect date and i raised a concern with their helpdesk. And they did not provide me any resolution instead closed the ticket saying they have asked the other team check on that.

                I reopened it as it was not actually solved and again they closed it. So its been almost more than a month and they still have not corrected the documents and have not settled the salary as well.

                I have been sending them emails but i get only delayed replies and the reply also just says that they are working on it.

                This really doesnt make me feel proud or happy of tcs being my first ever company. I asked them to escalate it but they are not even doing that. I left with nothing but to raise a complain here. Atleast hoping that these complaints get to the tcs higher management and things gets resolved at the earliest.

                Its not just the salary that is pending. They have to provide me the documents with the correct dates on it which is really important for my future things.

                  Hi sir/madam,

                  I need help against mental torture i have been suffering in tcs since 30 days. They are asking to call the managers before taking bio breaks. If not informed they broadcast in channels and humiliate employee in front of other employees. They are favoring to few female employees and regardless of the work they do they are being promoted and paid out. They even call parents even if the breaks are exceeded for 10-15 minutes also not giving cabs or refunding. I have raised tickets at ultimatix for my concerns but hr is very rude and threatening to serve notice period.

                  Please help.

                      The tcs phase 2 online exam was conducted on sep 1st 2p19 and i have received a mail that i have cleared the online test and one step more closer to become a member of tcs family.                           I have received a sms from br060000. It says " urgent, you have been selected for the post, please deposit 1k by today to avail gate pass. And it also says it's refundable after joining. Is this real or it's a fraud. It says to deposit the registration fees in a private paytm account of the hr. Face to face meeting is being fixed tomorrow. But i doubt that the call letter may be fake. His whatsaap contact is - [protected]. Please help

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            My pf transfer has not yet been completed.
                            This is to bring this to you kind notice that the my pf transfer that was done by tata consultancy services to account no ap/hyd/52091/3878 (Microsoft corporation) is still not completed. Please check annexure k (For details).

                            I have already raised a grievance registered with registration number robnd/e/2018/19614 to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in (Attached response) for the same. This is very surprising that this transfer of pf has not taken place till date though more than one and half years have passed.

                            Please let me know what the status of my request.

                                My name is roshni saha. I have worked in tcs for four years and resigned from tcs recently in july. My emp id is 731539. My joining date was 11th november 2013.                                 My last working day in tcs was on 1 july 2019. After that i have not received any credentials for logging into tcs alumni portal on the personal email id that i provided to tcs while resigning.
                                I have also tried to manually register myself on tcs alumni portal, but the portal is not accepting my entered password even though i have follwed the exact password directions mentioned there. Thus i am not able to manually register myself on tcs alumni portal.

                                I request you to please help me out by sending this complaint to the tcs alumni portal support team.
