I am getting an error when creating an account on the tcs alumni portal for pf purposes.

Ticket number 401634 was created but there is no activity on the ticket. There is no way i can call the tcs customer care where i can ask the details of the ticket.

I am required to pay the full and final settlement amount to tcs and in return get my pf processed.

Please look into the ticket or please provide me with a customer care number to discuss this further.

Appreciate your help!

    Sir,
    I have filled a complaints 4 months back with tcs through kannivadi sub registrar office seeking resolving of incorrect entry in online encumbrance certificate. The encumbrance certificate did not reflect my actual document number and date of registration. Inspite of the complaint being active for about four months no effort was taken to rectify this small problem. Yet my complaints were closed on all occasions without any redressal. My complaints number are (2403388 ; 3074668). The attitude of the customer care personnel have been sickening to no end. No proper guidance were given, call were being cut abruptly, the staff were very rude and haven't done a single bit to help and resolve my problem at hand. Instead all i was told was that back end team was handling the issuses. I am raising a complaint regarding with inspector general of registration department to ensure that these staffs behave with more respect toward the general consumers.
    Kindly ask your back end personal to help and rectify the problem.

      Pf transfer: already attached required form 13 for pf transfer but tcs people resolved that ticket (386026) just saying that i need to follow guidelines in the email, already followed them and submitted ticket 386026 along with form13. As do not find way to re-open ticket 386026, hence again opened ticket 403948 and again attaching my form 13. All information is added in form 13. Kindly attest it and proceed for my pf transfer asap. (Ticket 403948)

      Do not just close ticket with random message. Also there is no provision to re-open a ticket.

Reached HR and she suggested to raise a ticket in tcs alumni portal but I'm unable to login to that portal... Kindly help me out..

        I submitted the form to transfer the PF at the time of separation and since it takes time to create a new PF account and to transfer.

        But I am contentiously getting mails from TCS that, I need to take the immediate action on my PF account else they will transfer it to Senior welfare trust.

        The company has full fledged plan to eat an employee's rupees.
        Senior welfare trust? what is this. Even I am struggling in transferring or withdrawing the PF. Submitted all documents but no proper response

          my date of exit has not been updated in epfo portal

          Hi team,

          My tcs application no is dt[protected]

          Today i went for an interview but i didn't allowed to get interviewed because i have completed my standard 10th from nios board.

          I have mentioned every thing on my tcs application form and still i was selected for interview after clearing tcs nqt exam.

          So could you please let me know why didn't you mentioned on eligiblity criteria that you will not consider nios board student.

          I put so much effort to prepare for an interview and also i travelled from my hometown to kolkata.

          It will be great if you give me achance to get interview because it's a matter of my career.

              experience letter and relieving letter not received.

              There is no communication on full and final settlement.

              In passport office they have shown a design of passport cover picture and in website also there is same passport cover image but the one I received is completely different than the I ordered and paid one. That to I paid 450 RS in passport office.

              The design that is shown is totally different from the received one product .

              The leather wallet sale is a scam. It has nothing to do with passport services but the staff talk as if the buying of wallet is part of the process. The cost recovered is a clear case cheating. TCS and the good name of TATAs is being damaged so badly and nobody cares.

              Some serious action needs to be taken on the CEO and Chairman of TCS.

                I resigned tcs pune 6 months ago (7th jan 2019) and since then following up on my full and final settlement. They sent me an amount which differs my last pay slip amount due and i asked them for the breakdown of the amount which they reduced still on the higher side and didn't provide the breakdown. Constantly following up but no one responding. I have never seen such a big company ignoring the request and holding a huge amount (Pf) of the employee.

                  Tcs organize a pan india exam every year for fresher to provide them jobs on various field. The link is open throung "next step" portal. It includes various steps like filing a detailed form then centre is given for online test, again second form. But when i completed the whole process clear the exam at the time of final interview they reveal it is a job for bps (Commonly bpo). At the time of apply tcs never clearly mentioned that it is a bps job. Instead it claim we get to choose a field of interest. The last interview process is so unprofessional. Their hr are not even present on time so they postpone the final round and told us it will be a telephonic round. The interviewer is so lethargic. I have to request him so many times to take my final round. Finally after that round, he said i will get a mail till 15 march 2019. Its almost end of june but no mail is ever sent.

                  According to me they only conduct these fake recruitment drive so they can show a huge expense in balance sheet which help them in neutralizing their accounts or i should say window dressing. They have no respect for students time and effort, how we have hope for this job.
                  At the final stage for in office interview they disclose for the first time that selected candidate have to relocate to gurgaon or nodia from delhi and the salary will be given[protected]. Such a big name and capable persons how they can really expect someone to shift entirely for such a petty salary. But tcs is a brand name why do they care about such things. At least they can introduce these condition before interview so if someone is not interested they will not come at all. How is it any relevant now we already wasted an entire day to visit your office.

                  At last 'tcs all india pan exam is a hoax, i just want to aware all the college students and aspirants don't fall for it you will get much better offer for same profile in other company, where they will respect your time and effort'.

                    In ibps exam centre tcs is not providing the facility to secure mobiles. How the students are able to keep their mobile.. Very sad. Officers are saying that keep your mobile besides vendors.. Their behaviour is so rude for students. Its too hot and they are saying that keep your shoes outside the premises. And there is no water facility. Security guards are too adamant.

                      Hi,

                      I applied for a job at TCS Goregaon center Mumbai and the verification officer based at the premises is utterly unhelpful.

                      In spite of telling I made a mistake and I had corrected it, with supporting documents, they tried to blacklist me from the company.

                      The uneducated staff don't quite understand what it means if someone is blacklisted.

                      I may never apply for TCS again though, based on the incompetence and will also email the Chairman to make the Tata group know how they operate. E

                      The joining is really hectic for new people as well.

                          I have registered on this portal 2 time first time, I have raiser a ticked for the pass code, No one has contact me, I have received an email that support team will get back to you in 5 bossiness working days, NO one has contact me and when I revert on that email, I haven’t got any response,

                              I am from kerala and i work for tcs chennai for 9 years. For my sisters marriage i opted t. Nagar saravanan stores since it was the first showroom to common public which was simply great. I bought my family two days back from
                              Kerala and purchased more than a lakh rupees, while leaving we were unsure and was a real challenge in getting these goods safely to kerala. Requested down to earth to the ground staffs to provide healthy bags; just not plastic covers. But we were denied. Unexpectedly the provided compliment bag did not sustain too (Attached photo). Now that we are disappointed and i request you to provide the best complimentary bag to satisfy the damage made to my family members whom i bought a long distance from kerala. Bills can be provided and do the needful to keep your customers trust please. Awaiting your response.

                                I've initiated online eps transfer request. The for 13 got generated. The same for 13 is submitted to tcs via alumni portal almost about 3 months ago. But the tcs people have not yet approved the transfer nor are they replying on alumni portal where the tickets are raised.

                                I'm unable to transfer my pf & eps to my current employer as tcs has not yet approved the transfer to my previous employer yet.

                                  My name is ketan. My employee id with tcs was (977353) tcs alumni portal is not at all helpful in pf transfer process. First of all they dont even know what is the exact process for pf transfer. When i was leaving the company in dec 2017 i was told that i would be able to transfer pf online but it was not possible as tcs account is maintained by trust and does not show on epfo website.
                                  I was forced to initiate offline transfer and my current organization had requested them to send a cheque directly to them so that it can be deposited and we have a track on it.
                                  But instead they sent the cheque to the pf office directly since then i am not able to track whether or not the money has been submitted in my account or not.
                                  On top of that tcs folks are not at all helping and its been 1.5 years since i left tcs but i have not been able to transfer pf till date.
