Hello i am Snehal Ukarande. Emp id - 913441. When i am trying to fill up the pf withdrawal form in tcs alumni portal, on the last page while attaching the cancelled cheque image, it's giving unknown error without any description. So i'm not able to able to click the final submit button. I have raised tickets with tcs thrice but i'm not getting any response. I need to withdraw my pf amount urgently. There's no helpline number also to raise my issue. What should i do? Please help me..

    ffs recovery amount paid and did not receive experience letter yet

    I was asked to pay some amount for FFS recovery through online transfer. I have paid the due amount for FFS recovery and uploaded the screenshot on TCS alumni portal. But there is no response/progress on the ticket I raised. I require the settlement documents a bit early, please look into this issue. I do not know how do I approach h team as there is no contact provided on the portal.

    My document no:5279/2014 dated 01/08/2014 (registered in Walajabad Sub Register Office) is pending to be updated for Encumbrance Certificate at Kanchipuram Joint 4 Sub Register Office for the reason that there is some problem in the software provided by you. Complaint no: 2629108 raised by Kanchipuram Joint 4 Sub Register Office on 07/05/2019 is still pending. Your staff working in tn reginet office is not solving the issue. My document is pending for more than 5 years because of your software & system. Please solve the issue immediately.

      Hi, my name is manohar rajpurohit, emp no: 1095690. I am lately (From march) trying to withdraw my pf amount, however whenever i raise a ticket, with proper file attached in zip format, the representative replies with "no documents attached", i have tried that several times, however no body has replied to my queries, i have even asked them to share a email id where i could share my documents, but to my surprise nobody has opened the ticket yet. Atleast please reply to the raised ticked immediately or provide an alternative.

      I am lost. What to do? No contact no. And email? Can anybody help?

        I would like to lodge a complain that my shipment came from tcs waybillno-bluedart[[protected]] on 02/05/19. It is revealed that the same has been received by "swadeep".
        I havent received anything yet. Can you please check whats the issue as the shipment contains a souvenier from tcs.

        Please let me know what actually happened.

            Myself Rounak Dutta today I had my exam of NCHM JEE in TCS Kolkata, before entering the examination hall there was a checking process and I took original and a Xerox copy of my admit card he said that to keep the xerox copy in a box.So I did according to his instruction and he also mention that during departure I should collect it from the box.During departure when I asked about it he just misbehaved with me and he didn't bring the box.
            I request to the concern authority to take serious step about this.

              This is with regarding to my pf transfer. My current employer have forwarded the details along with required documentation regarding pf transfer on 21 sep 2018. Still we didn't get any response on that.

              Can you please let us know the status.

                At passport office i picked two brown coloured passport covers but the covers i received were bright pink. Also the covers have only few slots for cards, cash etc. So i cannot use these covers for any other purpose other than keeping passport and at airport i will have to remove these covers each and every time. I want them to be replaced with black or brown colored covers. Or if possible i want them to be replaced with some other product.

                I have raised the request for pension withdrawl in Tcs alumni portal 3 months back.But they never processed.always they revert once in a 5 weeks we will check.Worst company.keeping our hard earned money and might be using for other purpose. Im planning to send legal notice.please let me know if there is any contact number to contact them.
                I have requested for a new fast tag as i have changed my car, i have been charged but the tag was not delivered.

                      my cmc ltd pf is not transferred pf # ap/hyd/5954/761169

                      I started my career with cmc ltd in 2010. My pf number given to me was ap/hyd/5954/761169
                      Then i started working in tcs and i applied for pf transfer but it was not done by cmc.
                      Now cmc itself is owned by tcs and i am not in tcs now.
                      I am sending pf transfer forms to tcs but not yet got my pf transferred to my current pf account
                      My current company is osi india energy automation pvt ltd
                      And current pf account...

                      I stay in kandivali west charkop sector 3 in sai baba mandir lane near apna bazaar.
                      There are several stray dogs in this lane which continuously bark and chase people during both day and night time. And since the lane is not very huge people are scared to even go till there homes on there vehicles. And during late nights these dogs staring barking continuously for no reason causing a lot of disruption to normal life. I request you to please do something about this dog and have thesge dogs admitted to some ngo. These dogs have attacked many people till day.

                        After open the link i find a interview call letter asking for deposite security money worth rs. 7999 plus 18% gst. For diposite the money i am directed to contact with mr. Vaibhav pandya (Recruiting manager) so that he can give me the bank a/c no. For deposite the amount. Contact no. Of mr. Pandya given +[protected].

                        Sir i am totally confused wheather this is fake or actual.

                          I'm an ex employee of tcs with employee id: 378202. I wanted to withdraw my provident fund as i presently work in london. I have submitted all the documents required on the alumni portal. I have also raised a ticket regarding the same

                          I however do not see any reply. I have the respective contact of the pf department (Olympus wing). I have been calling them since a month but nobody takes the call from the pf cell, just the receptionist takes the call and tries to transfer it to the pf cell and thereafter calls gets hanged as there wouldn't any person who can take the call from the pf department

                            Hello,

                            My name is rajan christian and i am from ahmedabad. Actually, i am an experienced personnel and appeared in the walk-in drive for tcs (Tata consultancy service) held in gandhinagar on 8th march, 2019 for the back office profile. I got selected on the same day and i was asked to submit all my documents along with tcs employment form. So, i went back to tcs after 3-4 days and submitted all my documents but the document handling person ms. Shenu asked me to send my last 3 months salary slips via email although i submitted my latest increment letter with annexture and fnf statement. I managed to get it from my previous company and sent it to rahul. [protected]@tcs.com keeping hitakshi. [protected]@tcs.com in cc on 15th march, 2019. I though didn't get any call or email for the joining since 28th march, 2019 but there is a ex colleague cum friend of mine who also gave the interview and selected with me on the same day, got a call and was asked to submit the pending documents (Only salary slips) physically by stating a reason that they have a email backlog and can't find the email. She conveyed the same thing to me so, we both again went to tcs gandhinagar from ahmedabad on 31st march, 2019 but the document person said, salary slip is fine but they want last 6 months bank statement! I still didn't argued and managed to give it all on the same day in a hope that my joining will be sooner. We were still waiting for their call and finally my friend got a call for joining formalities on 4th april, 2019.

                            I still waited patiently but didn't get any call or email from hr team even though my documentation was complete and the fact that my friend got selected on the same day for same process and holds the same profile as me but she received a call and i didn't receive any.

                            Now on today i. E 10th april, 2019, i gave a call to mr. Rahul vinayak (Hr) enquiring about my status of joining to which he said that, we're not able to on-board you because the process we have hired you for does not have any vacancy and your profile does not match with any other process. I told him that i've been waiting since more than a month and also rejected the job offers from other reputed companies just because i got selected in tcs and i was waiting for the joining to which he said, this is very unfortunate situation and he cannot do anything to help. How is this fair with me? If i was told this before that selection here does not mean that you'll be joining us then i would not have rejected the other offers. My main point is that, can they really reject the candidate even after selection and completing the documentation that too without any valid reason? He said there's no problem with your documentation part, it's just the requirement thing then my question is, why do you hire me in first place, keep me waiting for a month and give me the false expectation? Even they don't have a courtesy to call /email me regarding the same, for them i am just a useless candidate whose time and efforts are worthless. I am in a huge depression after the call with rahul and i can't decide what to do now.

                            I am sorry to say but i am feeling totally lost and loosing the will to live.

                              I have sent my physical documents to the mumbai address as mentioned for withdraw of my pf amount as i couldn't register in alumni portal. I have also logged in a ticket but i haven't got any response regarding my portal registration.

                              I have been following up for my PF withdrawal for months, but nothing seems to work, now they have even stopped looking into my tickets I've raised on portal, please respond to my tickets.
                              Sir I've Paid for leather passport cover worth ₹450 and I've Recieved the pu passport cover worth ₹350. I'd like to replace it with what I've paid for.

                                I have raised tickets # 352195 and 334986 for the subjected issue in regard with making necessary corrections in Ann-K received from TCS.
                                The PF A/c number of Present employer mentioned in Ann-K is not correct, due to which EPFO is not transferring the amount in present PF account.

                                I have raised multiple tickets for the same but no response has been given.
                                Response should be given in 3days. Please check and revert.

                                  My last working day in tcs (Pune) was 11 feb 2019. Application for my pf is not processed yet as i have submitted pf withdrawal form on last day itself.
