So my complain is regarding walking recently done. First they make the candidate sit almost 8 hours without single round attempt.
Second when they tierd of taking interview they just do formalities and reject a candidate.
Please its a request some candidate has dream to work and what they. Any tierd person can't do anything with fulll enthusiasm

    pf withdrawal delay

    I (551377) have sent my pf withdrawal supporting documents from tcs internal courier to the mentioned address and have updated required documents in alumini portal. This i have done in january 2019. I have raised many tickets in portal to check the update. Epfo website is showing no claims available for my uan number. Tcs isn't responding to my tickets. Need help on this...

    Sir! Today i had my dda naib tehsildar exam but i didn't get admission in the premises because i arrived from chandigarh only 5 minutes late... But atleast you could allow me to get entered there as i was only 5 minutes late...
    Please improve your services and allow each and every student atleast 10 minutes prior the exam.

      no response for tickets under alumni portal

      Hi,

      I have raised tickets # 348902, 346449, 335292.
      Tickets raised are for the same concern that tcs has confirmed my pf amount is transferred to current organization but there is no response from 15days. Response should be given in 3days. Please check and revert.

      My current organization is asking for annexure k document which is not available under my documents in the portal.

        Executive i card lost and the client treated the executive very bad. Going till the family background and also the executive is female. That is why executive said that she will not login.. So client said executive that they will put in rmg process after 3 to 4 day no notices also they terminate executive so want to solve the problem... Kind want resolution on this... If not i will make vedio and flash on youtub

          I'm not able to reactivate my account using 'forgot password' link. I'm getting the same error as either date of birth or joining date or last working date not matching. And you are giving the same automated reply every time when i log a ticket. Please understand my situation and provide the solution because i need to upload the provident fund transfer application documents otherwise rbi will transfer my pf money to welfare trust. Please please please give me the solution to activate my account. Please don't close this ticket for god sake. As there is no hr or any one available to call and ask for a solution.             Hi,
            I left tcs in nov 16, 2018. I have initiated pf transfer process in the alumni portal, but they have not started working on my ticket even after a month. The status is open. Meanwhile i am receiving mails from them if i dont complete the process they might donate my balance, when it is them that are not responding.
            It is been almost 2 weeks i opened another ticket. That too is unresolved. They dont have any other way of communication such as mail or phone number where i can reach them. Please help.

              I am an ex employee of tcs and trying to register to tcs alumni portal to submit my proof of settlement payment. However, i am unable to register myself on the portal.

              I got an email saying that "details provided by you are not matching with the one you had during your tenure at tcs". I have raised a ticket (Ticket number : 338269) from the "contact us" option mentioning the same issue but haven't heard back in a week.

              Kindly resolve as soon as possible, since i have to submit my proof of payment within 15 days and it has already been 10 days.

                alumni portal issue

                Team,
                I left tcs on 26 oct 2018 and i ma facing issue for activating alumni portal.
                I registered for alumni portal but i was not getting activation link and now my account also locked. When i did forgot password i got to know registered email id is wrong.
                How can i correct this email id.

                Raised my 4th ticket 338533 on tcs alumni portal for pf withdrawal. Again no response. These error messages have been in the public domain for a long time i wonder why they have not resolved it.

                Earlier i had problems logging in. Now the error "error in saving details" appears at the final stage of submission. This process has already delayed by 3 months... And i am not receiving any response from the web portal

                    I was interviewed for it analyst position on 09th march'19 in tcs. I was selected that day and also discussed on my package with hr. However they have not provided any offer letter or contact person. I know the name of the person who has taken my managerial round of interview as sandip bhujbal.

                    I received a call from "kamal digarse" on 13th march'19 stating that i was not selected as my profile was rejected by there client. They also informed that i will not be able to attend any interview for tcs for next 3 months.

                    There was no discussion about another client round and i am not aware how client can reject me without taking my interview.

                    Please help me with this as i am in a situation with no job my hand currently and this offer was very important for me.

                        This complaint is in regards to mental harassment and forcing an employee to resign from the organization forcefully by doing uncertain activities and unnecessary activities.

                        My name is eliza nadar.
                        I had joined tata consultancy services hinjewadi phase 3 on 01st aug 2018.
                        My employee id with tcs was 1565770.

                        1st process reported was iphone campagain for 1st 3 months.

                        Later on 1st nov 2018 was being moved to a process named mnp boh for telstra an australian process.

                        My reporting assistant manager name was jaison jacob.

                        He pulled me in his process with an fake commitment of making me an sme in 6 months with proper training and all other stuffs. But never gave me training for 1 entire month despite asking, and started targeting me for no reason.

                        Also shared my avaya login credentials with 3 plus associates over the email for which i had escalated it to the higher management, as tcs has very strict rules and regulations for password sharing. However there was no action taken against him, where in i was given an answer that it is just an (Event and not an incident.)

                        Later my so called assistant manager mr jaison jacob started targeting me for small instances and started torching me mentally by not giving me adequate process training, taunting on my dressing sense and behaving rude and arrogant with me on the floor.

                        Just because i had raised an complaint against him he had raised a separation against me on the 21st jan 2019 which i had to challenge on.

                        Due to this rude, arrogant and obnoxious behavior of my reporting assistant manager mr jaison jacob i had requested the management to change my process, where in they informed me that movement will happen based on process and business requirement,. Al tough there was an business requirement in another process my so called assistant manager mr jaison jacob did not release me from his project but tortured me more and more and started mentally harassing me.

                        I requested my higher management and the hr to help me with the same but i never got any satisfactory response from them, despite telling them that it is mentally disturbing me a lot and i am becoming suicidal.

                        There were so many escalation emails sent by my so called assistant manager mr jaison jacob on my name.

                        My so called assistant manager mr jaison jacob forced me on the 5th march 2019 to put resignation and take a hit on my financial and personal health.

                        Today i am here not getting an job as per my pay scale due to which financial problem has raised and it is impacting me mentally and forcing me to end my life.

                        I just don't understand why do people play with someone's life and career.

                        I do have the copies of all the emails, attaching few for reference.

                          tcs alumni portal not responsive for pf withdrawal

                          When i tried to register to my tcs alumni portal; i got a message the id is already created. So i tried to login it throws a message pwd incorrect. So i clicked on forgot password and it takes me to a form which i never remember entering myself. The secret question is not of my choice??? It does not give me an option to reset the password.

                          Complete this interview process on time:- the candidate have to deposit a refundable interview processing & accommodation & assurance charges rs. Seven thousand nine hundred ninety nine rupees only (7, 999, - with gst) only on[protected] before 02:00 pm in favor of tata group of companies ltd. By internet banking / mobile banking / bhim upi / neft / imps / google pay / phonepe / paytm wallets (5 % cashback on online payments) for the bank account number contact to dr. Ashutosh anand (Recruiting manager). And after transferring the payment in company account contact to your recruiting manager. For 18% gst reasons you have to make the payment by net banking / any money transfer apps / paytm. After the confirmation of your refundable interview fee. The company will be sent you your visitor pass (Gate pass) with entry authorized access code or air / train tickets on your postal address through speed post via courier before five days of interview. And for the local candidate, the company will be providing the cab service to pick and drop. So please provide your correct present postal address to your recruiting manager to receive your courier in below given application form.

                            Hi guys,
                            I have attended my tcs interview on jan 5th 2019 in hyderabad. I have cleared all the rounds and hr said that i will get a call regarding package discussion in one week. But after a month, during february 2nd week i got a call that i need to attend an another round of interview. So i even attended that. Later in the next week, i got an another call from tcs hr to attend another round (I. E 5th technical round). When i called hr, she said that she is not the correct person to know the status. Even after all these rounds, they were playing with the candidates to conduct many rounds without having any requirement. Please look into this issues once.
                            I do have set of emails of communication where i sent out to the concerned persons. I can include them if you look into this. Thanks

                            No update even after two and half months
                            TCS staffs working in tamilnadu Registration department not attending complaints even after a long period. Complaint nos. 2111828 and 2147989. Poor response even after repeated calls. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issues at the earliest. Moreover, they are not giving any timeframe for any complaints and taking a lot of time.

Complaint no 1084949 raised by sub registrar adyar on 28/11/2018 is still pending. Your staff working in tn reginet office is not solving the issue. My document is pending for more than 7 months because of the system. Please solve the issue immediately...

                              I, pankaj patidar tcs employee 1200067, have not received my annual retention incentive of rs 30, 000 in full and final settlement. This is and incentive employee receive annually (If eligible) on completing the anniversary, i have been eligible for this incentive as per last appraisal letter. Though i have completed the year on 20-jan-2019 before my last working day in tcs which was 30-jan-2019. I contacted separation team over email but they refused to entertain and asked me to raise a ticked on aluminiportal. Tcs.com. I have raised tree tickets since 11th feb 2019, but none were resolved. Neither i am getting any notification on why it is delayed or is it being worked on.
