About not receiving passport cover, it's been a month now. I got a message containing a track consignment number and with a body dispatched successfully
Which i searched for it in speedpostindia site which says it was dispatched to your nearest post office and when i went to post office and enquired about my post they replied they didn't get it even though it shows dispatched successfully. They also said they will reimburse some amount of the amount 450/- i refused and prepared to make a. Complaint. Thus i went to nearest psk and enquired further they said call the number you on the passport application which i dont find. Direct me to find my passport cover.

I am unable to access my tcs alumni portal for withdrawing my pf. I have raised ticket many times and tried to register also but its showing the message as :-
please use the activation link sent to your email to activate your account. I have not yet received any email link...
This is happening for the last 6 months.
The latest ticket number I have got from alumni portal is Ticket No. 292333
Please help.

I got registered on tcs alumni portal, but when i am trying to login, it shows activation link sent to your email id. As i seen the faq has mentioned that i need to send my current email address to india. [protected]@tcs.com to update. But even i didn't get any confirmation and also i raised a ticket over that before three working days since i didn't received any confirmation till now.

Am unable to login to my alumni portal I want to update my email so that I can recive my password on my email ID. Despite having raised tickets the issue has not been resolved since a month . I am not receiving an email communication on the same. Hence, i am unable to access the portal. There is no helpline where i can address the issue. I have to initiate my pf withdrawal urgently.

Hi, i ordered for one passport cover on 19th november 2018 along with passport renewal application. Till today the passport cover hasn't delivered. The tracking number #eb[protected]in says its delivered. However, it is not yet delivered. How do i proceed to complain? Does post office entertain these complaints or do i need to visit passport office. Or if it is cannot be delivered. How do go for reimbursement?

My name is ashirvad sudhir bande (Dt[protected]) and i was selected for tcs off-campus interview process which was held on 21st dec 2018.

At the time of interview, document verification team put the new criteria, they want only percentage but in application form it was clearly mention that cgpa can also be taken into consideration "you have taken all subject marks into consideration for calculating the obtained/total marks/cgpa in each of the above mentioned academic qualifications".

And other thing is that "if you have completed be from pune university then you get concession of 2 percent and required percent criteria for you becomes 58 percent which ultimately make you guilty for completing an engineering from other university".

I hope that this complaint won't be taken as complaint but as a feedback.

I got registered on tcs alumni portal, but when i am trying to login, it shows my password is incorrect, the forget password link, but i didn't get new password to login. Bgv team of tcs simply take employees job with lame excuses. I won't brief much people should know how these nothing good for anything team work. I was working in tcs from 2015 to 2018 as ba. My bgv was positive in 2015 when i joined, since i changed my contractor company but was working in same location and project, after 3 months tcs rmg informed my bgv was negative, i checked with my contractor and they said there is no issue with my documents and they will check with kalyan, who the bgv team lead, it took more than a month but they didn't get any information from kalyan. I went to bgv team office and found that my first company address has been changed and there is further detail and bgv marked negative. I called my first company manager in front of them and he said they already sent the acknowledged mail to tcs which bgv team accepted and the company still running. Nobody contacted me or my manager to get the new address and simply took my job. I updated them the new address and they said the case will re open but it's more than 20 days i didn't get any reply from them. Highly disappointed experience with tcs bgv team.

I got a text message from bh-notice with the following content:

Dear candidate you are selected for tata group interview for further details contact your hr manager open this link-

When i opened the link i got a pdf of 4 pages and in that only there is a para saying mandatory as per rules and regulations of the company to pay rs.9550
With gst by down payment only on[protected] before 6:00pm in favour of tata group of companies ltd.

For the payment through paytm asked to contact dr. Harinarayan dubey. Moreover they have given a name of another person dr. Abhimanyu sarkar

I called on this number and asked whether he will give me the reciept once i pay him 9550 amount but he disconnected the call immediately. After that i tried calling three times. Second time as soon as he heard about tcs vacancy he again disconnected the call and now his phone is on busy mode.

There are many potential candidates who are getting such messages and under pressure they tend to pay such amounts.

I would like to request you to take strict action against these kind of people.

I am an experienced resource (Tot 4 yrs) and i took interview on 10th nov, 2018 in bangalore. Since, i was in pune and really wanted job in bangalore, i went for this interview only. After reaching there i found that they will take telephonic interview. Anyways i cleared the first round i. E. Technical round. After waiting for 30 minutes i as told that further rounds won't be happening today as the pannel is not available which means my travel...

I am sushant chauhan, i joined tcs-innova on sept 18, deployed on project of sbi-tds reporting system, after one month my bgc got negative due to false information given by my college and same corrected and reverted on the same e-mail by the very next working day. After that i spoke with bgc team and they acknowledged that saying your documents are correct and we are working on that and this matter would be closed...

Please increase the frequency of buses to Cochin infopark. There is heavy rush during peak hours. There are buses to kakkanad. But from kakkanad we have to catch auto. For which we have to pay 50 RS. As more companies are coming, please arrange for more bus to infopark. It will be helpful for employees traveling long distance. There are lot daily travellers from Thrissur and Kottayam.

Also i tried reaching my contact HR but no use. Even raised ticket on the same. Also am in need of my payslips urgently. Kindly help with this asap and provide me alternate way to resolve it

It is been more than three months, i applied many times for nee food card but i am not receiving it on my office address or residential address.

I asked to refund of all 4 months amount but as it is just receiving an email saying "sorry for inconvenience".

I tried to call customer care also on below mentioned number.

Even i am continuously dropping mail for the same and raised complaint to hdfc bank.
