In Kattuputhr Sub registrar office, Trichy District the Xerox machine was out of order from[protected].Complaint was made to TCS Ticket No 65159, personally contacted by the SRO's personnel as well as by the customers of SRO off ice to the following phone Nos [protected], [protected] but response was very poor, then finally one day they told to contact TRICHy office, but they were not taking even phone calls from SRO office, On[protected] and they took phone and replied irresponsibly that similar problem is in 6 zones and it will take more time.

TCS is No1 company India, we didn't expect such poor service from this company .This problem is even not in software.

Due to the above Public got affected, the Pain is not felt by your Trichy office.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange to solve the problem at the earliest.

I have not received form 16 from TCS and last date to file tax is July 31. I tried to login to alumni portal but I was told by TCS my information is not correct. I have provided correct information. I have verified it. Ideally, Employer is supposed to send the form 16 by month of May and it is already July. I am not able to reach out to them also. I am not sure how to get my form 16.

A news was posted on fb as taken screenshot by me about a teacher getting beaten up for asking his due salary on which one of your lll mentality employee made a. Comment (Screenshot attached). According to me for such a great company like tata with high moral values such employees will bring only shame... I have no contact or relationship with this person i dont even know him but such person dont deserve to be an employee of a group like tata. Hope you will take proper action on such ill mentality employees.

Hi,

I have raised a hospitalisation reimbursement claim[protected]H[protected]a001) on may 31st 2018 for my maternity treatment. I have submitted all related documents to help desk. Amount applied was rs.37959, but processed amount is only rs.18000 and deduction detail mentioned was "paid as per package limit". But the package limit is rs. 50000 for normal delivery as per policy. So i believe full payable amount (Excluding non-payable) would be reimbursed by mediassist for maternity case as i we undertook treatment in one of the network hospital (Esvee hospital, ambattur). I haven't heard of such deduction policy or package limit earlier. I have mailed chennai his team on the same (Ticket number:3986813), but haven't got a reply yet. I tried calling customer care number of times, but haven't received proper response, they just say paid as per package limit.

So i kindly request you to review my hospitalisation claim and process the payable amount. Please let me know for any further details.

I have been trying to submit my pf withdrawal application through tcs alumini and every time it shows an error while submitting, it's been over a week that i have been raising tickets and there has been no response. On submitting my complain again i got a response yesterday saying that i should send the application by post where they have not even mentioned the address of the office branch where i need to post. This is sheer carelessness on the helpdesk team. I've got married recently and have shifted to dubai and i'm not allowed to work anymore that is the reason i'm withdrawing my pf amount which i need urgently. So please understand that i'm in dubai and need proper communication on this and with proper resolution.

I am an ex tcser employee code 1428747 i loved working for tcs as i was in training one of batches i got trained for had only two people joining in me and a naother male candidate unfortunately i couldn’t clear my assessments i wasnt given a chance to clear and i was asked to join a batch which was already half way through the training my Colleague with me who joined faced the same problem in the second assessment he couldn’t clear either but here is where the management went biast and asked me to move to telstra business in powai they knew I couldn’t travel so far from powai as i live in gorai but the hr said u will have to put down your papers if you cant take the transfer my colleague who faced the same concern was not transfered and still working with tcs i would not like to share the name but this is completely wrong why was i not given the same opportunity to serve better for tcs as my mum and me started facing health concerns because of me travelling for 3 hours a day i faced kidney stones and jaundiced i felt i was indirectly forced to take the transfer to powai from goregoan this is wrong and i feel my career is blown away this has lead me my parents into a typical depression i still havnt got pf and nothing for my family to survive and yet struggling

I want to register a complaint against few of your employees in tcs
One of your employee took my interview (Shantanu nanda) and then another sent me later on pre joining documentation and he wrote on his email that you are selected for the process of technical help desk and on 30th april you need to come down and submit your documents for verification. At around
4' o clock i came out from the company location i was in middle of the road and someone called me namely "reshma" from tcs chennai she said i am from tcs and started telling me are you free i said i am on road looking for a cab, how can i help you she said i need two minutes i said okay after that she started telling me okay tell me about yourself and i gave her the answers and i was little bit loud because of messy traffic and after the introduction she started yelling at me and told me you were loud and you have a lot of attitude and i am going to reject you, after putting lot of efforts i did my medical certifications which cost's me at around 900 rupees inr and cab pick n drop 600 to reach the destination (Tcs office location)
My point is if i was not selected then who told them to tell me about do such formalities like medical certificates and taking printouts of rejoining documents and wasting my time also. Even though when i submit my documents there the document collector just said next week will be your joining.
Second point is when i told that recruiter reshma that i am outside i was hungry even though whole day because of documentations, and she told me i'm going to reject you because you have attitude and you were loud, i told her several times i'm outside the road but she was showing me the attitude and the complete scenario became a foolish thing for me, they fooled me but i am going to look after them and i will complaint to the law department also.
Women notice even the smallest things in the world and because of her misunderstanding she played with my carrier and ruined my day too.

While issuing my passport at passport seva kendra, amritsar, the team handling services at the center asked me for buying passport cover and for which i paid an amount of rs550/. This happened on 19th feb 2018. It is 18th april 2018 now and i have no status for my passport cover. My mobile number registered is correct and the address is also correct. However, i didn't receive a single message from them about the dispatch status. Despite calling them multiple times, i didn't receive any feedback. I call them daily (Everyday) and i receive the same answer that the complaint has been sent to backend team you will get a call shortly. This is the same "sentence" i hear daily. Is this the service you provide?
