I have a demat account with stock holding corporation of India limited in kolkata and regularly paying their fees and charges. Currently tata consultancy services is sending share buy back offer forms to all its share holders but though i am eligible i did not receive any. I find that SHCIL has messed my postal address on their portal. In fact i do not receive company notices. I have complained their kolkata office in writing several times but they are not paying heed tp rectify my depicyed postal address on their portal. Although their client's master list shows my correct address but they have not cared to rectify it on their portal visible to Companies in which i hold shares. As a result i am suffering huge losses.

I informed everyone in my team including lead and senior managers 2 and half months before leaving, completed all my pending responsibilities. Even my senior manager along with team lead sent a mail to HR telling them they are ready to release me as there is no dependency on me and asked her to make arrangements for my smooth exit. After this HR sent me a mail to confirm if I am ready to buy out the remaining 15 days notice period. I replied in positive and left the company.
After a month I got nothing, no email no phone call. So, I tried tcs helpline, they told me that your resignation process is not complete and your account is in salary suspended mode. Also, they gave me email is of a person with whom I can contact, but no phone number. I explained my scenario and send him email instantly, kept sending continuously for 15 days. But no reply, not even acknowledgment.

Now, after more than a month instead of getting expected full and final statement and service letter, I am getting threatening letters telling that I absconded and show cause notice which makes no sense. They also mentioned that project is suffering a lot as you left without completing your duties. This is a big lie. I could never believe that a company like TATA will resort to lieing. Also, they did not call me, they did not sent any email. Only posting the letters without even a telephone number on which I can contact. This is the scenario of my harassment by a big company. Please help and protect me from these big companies with big money. I have no money to pay bribe or anything to lawyers

I am an employee of tcs, my wife was gifted by a babe boy on 18thmar17. After 6days from birth my child got jhondies. Because of that he is admitted for higher hospitalization on 24thmar17. Since its a new born i am not able to go for cashless hospitalization. As per the communication given by the mediaassist customer executive.

This is regarding how I was terminated after working for close to a year with Sunshine TCS, Goregaon, Mumbai now without being informed and having a valid reason/proof/documents for absence at work. I had informed the team leader(in hierarchy) prior and did I take leave for a major health concern for which I needed to be treated immediately. I have a cyst in my brain for which I took leaves in February and then returned to resume work. I...

This in regarding my brother who joined TCS recently after his studies.
With another offer from a different MNC it was me who suggested him to join TCS.

Things started bad as soon as he joined. Being interviewed for a technical role he was put into a technical support role in a process called PWC. I told him to hold on and speak to HR. No luck there. Its as easy for them to say "either this or nothing". As the offer from other company had expired, I have asked him to hold on for an year.

Then comes the next news after a week. 10 hours of work with 1 hour of break on a night shift. And time entered as per TCS timesheet is just 9 hours. thats one hour extra every day from all the staffs. Things did not end there. When they have some sort of a busy day, they immediately ask the staffs to extend 2 hours. Yes..you heard it...12 hours of work a day with one hour of break. This has become so frequent now a days 11 or 12 hours of work has become a regular process. WITH NO EXTRA PAY. Still the billable hours for the staff is 9 hours.

This is when I thought things should be brought to light. People should know how they work as a company. I happened to meet a someone who is not working with this process anymore. He had the same story to say. Its just managers running the show. They say today is a 12 hour working day. Period..Done..No questions asked. Noone dares to..Probably people dont want to screw up their career. Heights of cost cutting..I think.

There was something else that he mentioned too. But this is something that might be happening at all companies..but I thought i will share it as this seemed to be very extreme. People who are closed to managers are always saved and guarded. Others are just cows to milk. Sorry about the language, but thats what it looks like.

Let me tell you 2 incidents I I came to know happened.

1)A staff who is pretty much close to all managers. Was caught for disconnecting 100s of calls. Also as per what I understand they need to log every call. Some kind of documentation for the record. This person had not only disconnected calls, but also not logged them. Its like we getting disconnected contacting phone provider This is what happened, with our revealing the name, they have a warning to all staffs, and they decided to still keep the employee, because this staff was close to all

2) Another staff was caught for a much simple thing (its infact a genuine mistake) as was fired with out a second chance

This is not a complaint on the above mentioned incidents, and I understand that cannot be changed.

My question to anyone reading this is. Does a valid complaint to court or human rights have an affect on the staffs working hours. Its as simple as work 12 hours-get paid for 9 hours. I am sure they might have signed on terms and conditions. But isnt there any sort of law in the country that we can approach on such situations.

i had given my interview at tata consultancy service vikhroli west and i was told later that i am selected for which i have to relocate. i was OK with it as i am from kolkata itself. then next day they called and told me that i have to submit all my documents and which i did the very next day. 1 week passed and i called the human resource and they told me that i will get my offer letter after background verification check.. now its been 3 weeks and still i haven't got my offer letter. on 20.12.2016 when i sent a mail to the hr team they told me a very silly and stupid reason. they said my college is not affiliated with the university which i had provided. really?? such a stupid reply from them. my college is international institute of hotel management which is affiliated with Edinburgh Napier university and it is well renowned college in India. so tcs had just wasted my time..i dont know what kind of management is running them and what kind of background verification team is there.. i have just wasted 3 weeks. i could have applied for any other company and could have started working.

I am in need of a bank parcel. my way bill number is [protected] in bluedart courier. the delivery person was too rude in speech and body language. since it is a bank parcel he want hand over it inside premises. my company has four gates. out of which gate1 is the entry point but he is in gate3. so i politely asked him to come to gate1. he told it will take 30minutes for him to reach 300 meter distance to gate1. so i asked him to call me while he reaches gate 1. he left for the second day of delivery.

I got cheated by one of the so called HR Manager claiming himself to be from TCS,
His name is Vishal and no [protected].
He and his fellow Hr executive Ramya no [protected] both did drama and collected an amount of Rs.20000 from me.

This is the plot they will do :

First this lady Ramya called and told me that she is from TCS HR and offering Backdoor Job and you have to pay 15000.She said their HR Manager will also call regarding the further process. Sometime after her call I got call from Vishal stating that he can only offer the Job as a Backdoor Job and I have to pay 25000 as I applied for TL Position and I should not reveal to anyone as he might loose his Job. He said he will release the Offer letter within 2 days as per my CTC expectation.I even asked how this is possible without conducting interview, for that he said he's got the authorization from his Senior Operations Manager to select people for the Job.

After 2 days I got offer letter e-mail from [protected]@tcs.com with offer letter, medical forms, induction schedule. Everything seems to be genuine with all company address and TCS logo.So I believed to be true. Then they started to call me and asked me to pay the amount. I told them i cant do rightaway and requested one more day.Since I was Jobless I am not in a position to take a fair and genuine decision as I used to do when I was working. So the next day when they called i told Vishal HR Manager that i could not make arrangement for 25000. I can only try for 10000 but he said atleast pay 20000 as he is answerable for 2 more people. Somehow i decided to pay since if I get the Job my personal problems will get solved. As soon I made the payment the Lady Ramya's number went switched off. I called Vishal HR Manager to tell him to check if he has receivef the payment. He confirmed that he received the payment and will send me the Emp ID and other contact details for the Induction Program. I waited for 1 or 2 hours and kept checking my mails. Since there is no email received I tried to call him. However his number went switched off, I tried many times to reach his number but all the time it goes switched Off. His number is from Idea Cellular.

I called up TCS on the day of Induction but they said there is no such thing happening and all interviews are happening by walkin only. I am now very much devastated and dont know how to recover this money which i lost. The money loss and the embarrassment that i had was terrible and I was literrally made to go in tears. Being Jobless and loosing money this way puts me in a difficult situation now.

I dont know how these people do exist in our community..they should be behind the bars for they could infiltrate the entire community..they are no different to terrorists..

I dont want others to get cheated by these f...ers and ..thats why I am posting it here. Dear all..please be careful with these people..
