Madam/sir, I visited PSK Thane on 05 August 2015 for fresh passport. There i faced Ms. Gaikwad and Mr. Panchal who looking after document verification at PSK Thane. Bothe the said TCS employee are behaving rude, insulting me on the basis of region and not giving me the reason for rejecting my APN. I requested them for give me reason for rejection my form but they close the door and dare me to complain anywhere. sir, please ask them to behave properly and listen to custome also. There is no rule of law and no body is there to listen our problem. TCS employee Ms. Gaikwad and Mr. Panchal are just behaving like GUNDA and DON. HI I had seen one of the advertisement posted by Ritesh Gupta HR Executive (RMG) Emp id:843020 in SAPpass.com and called him. He said that he is recruiting through Ref.quota as per Management Basis Recruitment cycle, should pay the money 1.3 lac to get this offer. Apart from this as a last step of 156-LR Policy of TCSL, should pay 49k as judicial and non judicial mutual bond for 18th months of job security of RMG. I haven't get any further communication on this. Next Monday is the joining date so I called to workstation number[protected], after 2 days continuous calling at last he responded yesterday and said that It is fake offer letter. Hi, I am writing in regarding my experience at the PSK, Andheri (dt:26/5/15). My grievance is with regards to the incompetency of TCS personnel managing the PSK at this branch for facilitating the passport services. My child suffers from cerebral palsy (90% disability). I had applied for my daughters passport renewal (application ref 15-[protected]) and unfortunately chose the Andheri branch for processing the application. The people at this branch had no consideration for disabled children and their families. The issuance of token(first stage of passport application processing) was managed by people who were highly insensitive to both old age people and disabled people. They were rude and forthright in telling that waiting will have to be done ( i ended up waiting for over 4 hours to process my application from start to finish). There is little understanding of the challenges a family faces when managing a child who has more than 90% disability. The TCS employees seemed oblivious to this. What pains is that a system exists to prioritize such cases but is not being followed. I had to plead and explain my situation at every stage to get things moving. I sympathize with the fact that there are way to many people to manage which is a huge challenge in itself but in that case the number of appointment needs to be regulated. Also at one point i was told by a lady that "we've had over hunderd people in the disabled/old age counter". Is that an argument to keep them waiting. If it cannot be handled then why run a place. I had high hopes with TCS managing the place but my hopes were dashed today. I heard a number of people citing examples that other centers managed by TCS are in better hands. The time period for processing the application was four hours. This is long for a normal person let alone the family of a disabled child. There is little to no provision for the old age/disabled people (i.e. chairs are very limited). The lines are ill managed and no body to coordinate. There is no one to explain the process. Each one seems to do their job and ask to go to next counter. The cafteria food was limited and got over. I felt the place was run by a govt agency and not a private company of the repute of TCS. My sincere request is to sensitize your employees to the plight of old age and disabled people. I would be very keen to hear from TCS so i could explain better my experience. A lot of improvement is required on part of TCS.

This incident is dated 05.06.15 at vodafone mini store garia Kolkata . My Vodafone post paid service was converted to prepaid after much hassles. Firstly the customer support executive at (vodafone mini store Garia opp to bus stand 4 ) named Satish was rude and misbehaved with me saying he cannot convert the sim to prepaid and they are not bothered if I opt to disconnect my service . I submitted voter ID card and photographs and the got a new prepaid SIM and it worked fine after telephonic verification to 117 . Then suddenly the services was disconnected after 5 days. I have resubmitted the documents today morning at 10.20 Am and still the sim is not active after 8 hours, vodafone customer care said the documents take 2 hours to reach then via vodafone mini store. I suspect this has be done intentionally bu the vodafone mini store customer care executive. Its really disheartening that Vodafone treats its customers with such disrespect .

The services at your passporty seva kendra, raipur are very bad. i took my first appointment in december when they said that a commercial address cant be used. i had to take a second appointment as it took some time to change address in my bank passbook however in my second appointment they said that they need a house number. the problem is that we donot have a house number as Raipur Municipal Corporation has not allotted it. i told them my problem and also said that they should have told me this the first time because now i have to again go to and fro from here to there. i had to visit the regional passport office where i showed them our municipal tax receipts and they directed that i can have passport without house number and gave me my third appointment on MArch 13. however, your senior officer, Jayant Sarkar, not only ignored the directions of Regional Director passport Mr Yadav and refused to do it, he also misbehaved with me and said bad things about me and my family. i tried to tell him that i have clearance from Director himself but he refused to listen to me, was rude, impolite, bad-mannered, uncivil and disrespectful.Even after bringing a written direction from regional passport office Director, they have still kept my application on hold. also, when i inquired about complaining against Mr Sarkar, they refused to take any complaints and said that i should search where to complain online and they should not be bothered. I have complained against your officer in the regional passport office as he has overlooked the directions of government officials. Hi sir/mam, We have no other go for next hostel. We have adjust this hostel because of working place is nearer. If wecomplain about food they are rudely saying as vaccant the hostel inthe evening itself. We are keeping quite and adjusting.For this reason they are taking this as advantage and providing worst food like cooking in palm oil, which is very unhealthy. Cooking potato thrice in a week which is very cheap in market.and all the time idly with sambar sothree times a week. And upma side dish as sambar. Pongal side dish as sambar. Kichadi side dish as kolambu which is mixed only with karam power. Thesae all side dishes for lunch purpose.. So for morning breakfast they are not providing proper side dishes.this s wat the menu provided. And as all know that rasam is the second dish for our Tamil culture. But in our hostel rasam rice is the main dish. This s twice n a week.the reason they are saying for this s for digestive purpose. And the hostel warden itself taking money and girls costly tthin like gold laptop. Our hostel rent is 4800 for 11 sharing . 11 sharing meams what you know we have to share one bath room for 11 people. No no milk is providing. So no proper advantage in the hostel and no hygienic food no milk 11 member sharing but rent is 4800. I received an email and phone call from IDC Technologies for the position of ECAD Process Consultant. IDC's client was TCS(Tata Consultancy Services) who were contracted by TRW in Farmington Hills, MI. After the second interview on June 20 I received emails from IDC and TCS and a call telling me I was chosen for the position. The contract was signed on June 23 which stated my starting date of July 7. I was asked three times if I would reduce my rate $2-5 including four days after signing the contract. To fulfill my obligation to relocate and start I spent around $4, 000. On July 2nd I received an email from IDC saying "Please don’t move as client has some problems over there. Please wait till I will give you some heads up for the project. Please don’t relocate." I wrote back saying my car was half way there and I was supposed to be moving into my apartment on July 5. I didn't hear from them again. I sent a certified letter to IDC asking to be reimbursed for my moving expenses. They said I would get reimbursed and TCS said they would be accountable. It has not happened and my emails to IDC and TCS are not replied to.
