Hi, I purchased HTC Desire 516 and an mobile insurance from Mobility World, Sec-14, Gurgaon-122001 on 23-AUG-14. Mobile price : 13, 700/- Insurance worth Rs. 999/- I reported issue with camera on next day to the store. They asked me to get a DAO letter from HTC service center. I did the same. Complains : 1. I found issue in the camera of cellphone on the same day. 2. They sold mobile at higher price as compared to other store. When I went back to the store and ask them to give me another cell i.e. Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo. They Offered a absurd price which was highest(Rs 15, 865/-) in Sector -14 market while other dealer offered max price of Rs 14, 400/- 3. While purchasing Sansung Galaxy Grand Neo, They said that insurance is transferable and will transfer to Samsung mobile too. I am highly dissatisfied and upset with the mobility store. Store people did not cooperate with me and charged a high price for HTC desire and Samsung Galaxy grand Neo both. Who will stop them to cheat people like this and how to stop them. I travel frequently from Rampur(RMU) to Delhi from Kathgodam ANVT shatabdi (Train Number : 12039) . From Rampur the catering charges is 170/- and from Moradabad it is only 125/-. The distance from Rampur to Moradabad is only 28KM and it covers this distance within 30 mins only and caterers do not serve any thing in this period. They start the serving after moradabad. Why this big difference in catering charges from Rampur. Please explain... Kindly find the attachment for proof. Thanks and regards

Me and many students got a mail from TRINA MUKHEJEE, HR of CMC Academy, A Tata Enterprise in House No.31, 3rd floor, Bora Service, SRB Road, Guwahati, Assam. The academy is calling up the students and eligible candidates taking aptitude test, Technical round and HR interview where the HR Trina is (very rude and demoralising) giving each o[censored]s an offer letter where we have to undergo 3 months training. For undergoing training we need to pay more than 1.2 lakhs. I have never heard any big, reputed companies asking money from the candidates for training but instead I guess they are paid stipend. They are saying they will give a legal document/contract where it would be written that after the training we would recruited by TCS, or other companies such as Cognizant and other companies orelse we will be recruited in CMC. I think this academy is a fake and is not a subsidiary of TATA enterprise. And if it is not please look into the matter closely and file a complaint against the company because CMC is operational everywhere in India and emptying the pockets of innocent people by giving hopes of job. The staff is unprofessional and looks lazy and clueless and not giving enough information on the job location or the job description and instead the HR Trina Mukherjee tried to insult me on not taking out time to check the CMC Academy website after which I told I just heard its a part of TCS and asking candidates money for training. I hope You would do something about this and take action because if it is not under your company its surely gonna ruin the reputation of TATA company. Thank you

The persone who have post different name and different mnc company openings on quickr .He is a full of fraud, don't belive him . He will ask you deposit the half amount before getting a job, once you transfer a amount he will not response ur call. He is from bangalore mostly he chennai and states peobles I added proof on quickr post, refer it .

I have booked a ticket on 13th May, 2014 for 2nd May, 2014 for 2 passengers(1 senior citizen+ 1 adult)in ANGA EXPRESS (12254)from Asansol to Yeshvantpur which cost me 2860.0+Internet service.
But when I have cancelled that ticket on 30th june I got back only 2040rupess. I don't know why 840 rupees got deducted.Though the chart is not prepared and there is 40 hrs still left to start the train.
Any one can give any explanantion for this..
as per irctc rule cancellation fee is 90 rs.then why 840 got deducted.

Dear Sir, I am writing to express the extreme disappointment and the inconvenience I had to face due to the driver of the auto no. MH-02 AK 4885. Complaint Details Date: 6th May, 2014 Time: 10.30am Journey from Goregaon East to Seepz(Andheri). He simply refused to comply to the fare rules. After boarding the auto, he took the longer route even when told to take the correct route and there was a chance to do so due to which we were stuck in a traffic signal and got late for office. He tried to stop many times on the road with different excuses. He took an unknown passenger without my consent and did not listen when I told him not to take anyone extra. He did not drop me at the destination as decided when I boarded the auto. Even on being told repeatedly to drop at the correct location, he did not. All because he wanted to continue on his route to take the other illegal passenger. He did not return back the correct change and took Rs.20 extra. Also incidents like these cause a lot of mental harassment to the commuters across Mumbai. I have tried calling several times on the numbers mentioned on your website as follows: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] But all calls went unanswered. It is due to this reason that many commuters are not able to express their problems to the concerned authorities. Kindly take the appropriate corrective measures and I wish to get my money back. I have visited PSK in Surat for renewal of my current passport. When I booked my appointment I got it after 2 months and when I had to wait for two months I thought I will receive quick service as I am acquiring appointment but I got shocked to see the scene at PSK office where people are just rushing like they are into fish market!! Also I was been Harassed by the Member of staff constantly for 3 days and yet my file is not being accepted, there was a member sitting at B4 counter who repeatedly harassed me four (4) time for asking me various types of documents. When I request him at very first time please tell me at once for all the documents you require but he ignored me and told at first day just bring the education documents for ECR category and I won't need anything else. When I took education certificates then he again asked me for my gas bill even though I had my light bill and property tax bill with me. He threats me if I need a passport than I'll have to bring my light bill. So again on third day I still got the light bills with me than he told me to come on Monday now because it was Friday when I request him please take my documents he just got rude with me and told me to get out from the office!! I just felt like I spent 7-8 years in UK and I was never being insulted like that before and these guy made me realize that our country (India) will remain same there will be no change in it. Here I just complained because I truly respect TATA and I have a great experience with the company and I am proud to have such great company in India . I just want to request please take some action against these guy as he is sitting there in TCS office the spoiling the reputation of the company. He has no sense of talking to consumer, he does not even know what a consumer can do? If I wanted I would have put my case into consumer court as I do have a live recording of the whole scenario but I truly respect TATA so I am just assuming you will take some action against him or I will have to personally meet vaghela Medam the head of passport office in SURAT (Gujarat )as my fathers know her via Mr Gilitvala. (MLA). Please it's my request to you to take action against him as he is being very rude guys while sitting on that post and thinks he can do anything. Fisrt, praveen told me to give rs.15000/- for interview, then after interview, he has taken rs.60, 000/- .Then he called me to come to bhuwabeshwar very soon to get your tcs offer letter . After giving tcs offer letter, he has taken again rs.25000/- to get your name in ilp process of tcs . But, all persons who went to bhuwaneshwar with me did not get any selection in tcs from him . But after 1 year and now 2 year, he told me that i am in london, germany for office work and when i return india, then i will give your money back .But till yet, i did not get my back and any information from praveen kumar singh . I have all proofs, i have photo, , recorded calls, video recording . My 4 friends are also get cheated from him .I upload his details . I just want from tcs that do some strict actions fro such frauds which are done by praveen kumar singh and lots more people are involve in this fraud .I want people who have faced problem can contact me to do action .

I am Anurima Saha had a training at TCS ILP Bhubaneswar 26th May 2008 batch and was supposed to join TCS kolkata but some HR there in that Bhubaneswar ILP forced me to put resignation. After that Iast few years I have not received any kind of communication from TCS though I have done so many phones & emails.. Now after so many years I want the proper justification from TCS. Hi Sir/Madam, I got job offer from one of consultancy as TCS was a client, By that time TCS has conducted BGC through third party and given falls report.Due to this i lost my job.After that i bought to the TCS notice about the report which was given by third party was incorrect and they agreed and conducted re verification and got positive. But they didn't give placement .So i have lost my career continuity due to wrong BGC.So kindly look into this and do justice. Thanks

Hello my name is Rahul Medhekar...I have cracked my interview in tcs vikroli...After dat we had a month of technical training n a assesment exam which i cleared...After dat again they took a client assesment...n den they gived us offer letter...After my induction on the first day of paid training...we have been told dat we have not cleared the client side aseesment interview n they will put us in an another project..But now they are giving us a Non technical job like back office ...which also not sure coz we have to crack one more interview of that process..& now they are telling us ressign the job cause they cant remove us by themselves as we are having offer letter...Please help us...As wht is going is not as per the rules of tcs

Hi, I am a resident of Kundalahalli Gate(Lane beside Golkonda Chimney Restaurant), Bangalore. My lane is an perfect example of a residential cum commercial area. It comprises many apartments, Offices and Shops wherein lots of people(More number of school going children and elders) and vehicles have to pass by . The road does not seem to be in a condition that makes commutation comfortable. It is uneven and has lot of pot holes throughout . To add fuel to the fire, the entrance of this lane has a drainage which is overflowing. Not only rainy days, even ordinary days are a great challenge for the people to walk through it. Kindly consider my appeal in providing us a proper road and fix the probelm with the drainage system.
