My name is srilekha palepu of employee ID: 1336558. My last working day is March 10th, 2023 in TCS, Hyderabad which was completed and I was unemployed from then to till date as my aadhar details are still not updated and under approval in EPFO office, because of that my future employer is not letting me to join to their company until approval is done. It's been already 60 days completed from which I have submitted joint declaration form to TCS but still the details are not updated in EPFO Portal.

Could you please check once and get them approved as early as possible or else atleast send me the acknowledgement form copy or attested documents ( Joint declaration form ) so that I myself will check in the EPFO office, Mumbai and get them approved. Many of my TCS colleagues have received acknowledgement form copy from their UAN team and they visited EPFO office Mumbai and get their name change request approved within 3 days. But my UAN team is not sending any forms to me atleast acknowledgement number also they are not sending.

    Onboarding mail not received

    EPID:- EP2022CN1704709
    My joining date in TCS is on 5th April 2023
    But still i didn’t received any email from the onboarding team. I mailed my onboarding manager several time but still he is not responding to my emails. My joining location is Pune. Pls help me out with this situation...

      I am an ex employee of tcs and trying to register to tcs alumni portal for an urgent work. However i am unable to register myself on the portal inspite of providing correct details. I am getting the following message in mail "details provided by you are not matching with the one you had during your tenure at tcs". I have raised a ticket (Ticket number : 1050707) from the "contact us" option mentioning the same issue.

      As there is no other contact to reach regarding this issue, requesting to look into it and help resolve this as soon as possible.

        I am writing to follow up on the status of my joining letter for the position of Management Trainee in TCS. I was selected for this role through the recruitment process in March 2022 and was informed that I would receive my joining letter shortly.

        However, it has been more than a year since the selection process, and I have not received any update on my joining status. I have tried to contact the HR department several times, but I have not received any response.

        As you can imagine, this delay has caused me significant distress and uncertainty. I have been eagerly waiting to start my career with TCS.

        I kindly request that you provide me with an update on the status of my joining letter as soon as possible. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if there are any further steps I need to take to expedite the process.

            Hi Team,

            I got offer letter from TCS on this date, on the behalf of this offer letter i resigned from my previous company where i worked 3.9 Years, also i served 90 days notice period to my previous company to join TCS, i was regularly checking my joining status on portal but there was no information updated with regards to my joining delay till last day of my previous company, ideally candidate should inform by the company regularly if there is any crunch in joining or joining getting delayed. So, i was under impression that everything is ok because as per joining date 20th March 2023 i also visited TCS office Mumbai location, but when i reached there, they said you have no onboarding mail, so we couldn't onboard you i was very shocked to hear that statement because i already resigned and left my previous company.

            After 20th March 2023 i was regularly chasing to HR about my onboarding status, after multiple mail they replied only once that your BGV is under process, they said once BGV done than they will onboard me, which feel me very weird to me because i served a 90 Days notice period todays is 3rd April still BGV is going on.

            Let me know if I can help anything with regards to my BGV, I am ready to provide any documents, although I had already given all those documents.

            I am very depressed because I already left my previous company, now i am suffering with several losses career, money etc.

            Request you to please help me out here as soon as possible if any one can help me on this. Really appreciate your help.

              I have given my car for insurance claim through MyTVS - OMR and the advisor name is Mr.Martin - [protected] and his supervisor Mr.Balaji - [protected].

              Martin called me on saturday and informed to vehicle will be ready on Monday. Same time, have requested him to do carburator cleaning and Break light issue who informed to that he will complete. After that there was no call and i have called him on Monday around 3Pm, he did not attend the call. After one hour I called him for the status who attended my call and car can be delivered evening. I I have asked him the carburator cleaning and breaklight issue who told me to wait 2 minutes and call you back.

              I was waiting at my home for the call till 6.30PM i did not get the call and called him but my call was not attended and also called Mr.Balahi again he did not attend my call.

              After 6.30PM - I came out for my personal work and called him from outside who attended my call. I asked him that you supposed return my call in 2 minutes why you did not call me back. He said that the particular person was on leave... My question to him is that this information should have been informed to me immediately so that i can go ahead with my work instead of waiting for the call to take delivery of the car. Immediately his tone was changed and Am not responsible for repair work and he cannot answer for my question.

              If he is not responsible, on saturday itself he should have informed me and monday when I called him as well. My question was that you are advisor for my car service/repaid but you are saying something else.

              Immediately, he used unparlimentary/vulgar words work and disconncted my call which I never expected from TVS group. When I droped my car to TVS there were 2 other service providers behind me to get the car for service. I have clearly told Mr.Balaji, I was ex TVS group employee with the trust - Am giving to you for the service.

              Again I called him, his Manager attended my call and informed all the senario what was happened and vulgar words used by Mr.Martin - Advisor. Mr.Kishore who promised that he will discuss with Martin and call back in 10 minutes time.

              But till now, Mr.Kishore did not called me... it is pending till now. I strongly feel that this is SERIOUS MATTER - using VULGAR WORDS and shouting the customer.

              Hope the management will look into this seriously.

                I had worked with TCS from MAY 2010 to FEB 2016 and my employee ID was 356863 . I have not received my experience letter yet and my current employer is asking to submit the same . I dont have any other contact / customer care of TCS so, raising a complaint in this platform with lots of hopes.

                  My Name is Dharmik Purohit, I have applied 3 times in TCS First time in Pune they took my 4 Mock round and 3 online exam after I don’t receive any calls from them so I called a HR who took my Last round He told me that “ We aren’t forward your Application” and he give no reason for it. I’m talking about August 2022.

                  After the second time I got an email for campus hiring in Vadodara for Mock test I went through the test and They called me for an Interview and they says me that “ you’re holding 6 month of experience and we hiring only freshers so we don’t forward your application ahead” I says that 6 months of experience holders candidates always consider as a fresher but she can’t listen me and say try next time. It was in September 2022.

                  After the third time I receive call again from Pune Branch last Friday. They scheduled my Interview and I gave it. After they said me that “Now you have next round of Hr team”. After I prepare for Hr round and he called me that “ We want an experience person for this job and you’re holding only 6 months of experience so we can’t forward your application right now”

                  So when TCS hiring for freshers Always your HR team saying that you’re holding an experience we can’t hire you right now and when it will opening of experience they says you have only 6 months of experience.

                  So what I can understand by this kind of things?

                    I'm P.Sruthi from narayanpet.I received a call from the TCS group they said that my CV has been shortlisted and asked the bank details for the salary purpose and also they demand a rs of 1999.they said that they'll refund my amount within 5 min but till now I didn't get any amount .so kindly refund my amount into my bank account .

                      TCS exam centre in Sudhir Memorial Institute for Neet Pg 2023.
                      1. No proper security, no detectors, only little physical frisking.
                      2. No space during security check, the authorities there scream and add to the confusion.
                      3. 60-70 examinees were crammed in a small room with no space to move with
                      *No air conditioning * no fan * no windows.
                      4. The mouse didn't work, it only responded after clicking three to four times, wasting my precious time.
                      5. The screens flickered the whole time.
                      These are common complaints of the examinees there.

                        As I was hired by TCS in December and received my offer letter through the portal. As soon as I submitted my papers from my current company where I have a 90-day notice period, my resignation was accepted, and I was released from my current project. I will be leaving my current company on 15th March.

                        Now from TCS, I received a call from HR on 17th February that I need to provide my first company bank statement, PF details, or income tax return files. During the selection process, I clearly mentioned that I used to get my salary in cash so that is why I don't have a bank statement or PF information and since my salary wasn't in the tax slab, I never filed an income tax return. Now they're asking me for the same information I already told them I couldn't give.

                        Having provided the necessary documents, I was very disappointed to hear this news.

                        1. All companies' joining letters.

                        2. All companies' release letters.

                        3. All companies' last 3-month salary slips.

                        4 . All companies' increment letters.

                        5 . My all educational certificates.

                        6 . My PF Number.

                        The verification team asked me to join a video call and log in to my Net Banking account in front of them. They checked my bank statement, which is a privacy invasion, and then they asked me to send my bank statement. This incident was very surprising to me. As a result, I sent my bank statements between 2019 and 2021, and in that mail, I stated clearly that in my first company, I used to get cash in hand, so I could not send this statement. All of this verification took place in December.

                        Currently, when my release date from my current company is near and my joining date at TCS is near, HR informs me that she can't onboard me without those documents.

                        Instead of those three documents that I stated at the beginning of the process I didn't have, I will provide the salary certificate from my first job. She didn't agree to it. I would like you to gain an insight into this because it costs me my career.

                          I have accepted the offer letter in October-2022. My tentative date of Joining is 14th feb 2023. I already relived from my past organisation after serving 3 months notice period. Now my recruiter manager told me that due to BGC uncleared i am unable to onboard you.
                          I have given all the documents properly now bgc has raised wrong query and hold my onboarding.
                          I have been seating at home since last 1 month.
                          My family depends on me and currently i don’t have other source of income.
                          Please help me team.

                            I was appearing for ssc cgl mains along with typing test
                            I have noticed that something is wrong with a a key in my keyboard i informed the invigilator but she asked me to tell after mock
                            I gave the mock and told them but they didn't tell me anything
                            I was waiting for them to change the keyboard but the relsted invigilator gone out of the room and I was confused. I don't understand whether they will change the keyboard or not not .The test begins suddenly and I couldn't do the required typing on time to a key
                            My hard work spoiled due casualty of invigilators

                                I got placed at TCS in November 2022. After my placement I received offer letter from TCS where joining date was not mentioned.
                                My previous employer Notice period was 3 months. After receiving the offer letter I was told to wait for resigning my previous job till the background check completes by TCS recruiter.

                                The background check (BGC) was put on hold by TCS and even after submitting all the documents and proof, I was not receiving any further communication for my BGC completion. I tried to reach them( TCS recruitment team) several times over calls and emails but they were not replying.

                                My tentative date of joining as asked by them was Mar 2023.As my tentative date of joining was coming near I had dropped them emails several times for providing confirmation on my BGC.

                                But even afterwards they were not giving me any confirmation and asking me to wait and that they are working on it.

                                Now when my tentative date of joining is almost near they are saying to on board on TCS else as my offer will stand rejected.

                                I told them that they asked me to wait serving previous firm notice period till the BGC completes but they are backing off and not agreeing on the same.

                                As per now they are blaming me completely for not serving the notice period and now that my job offer will be considered rejected as per the offer letter they shared.

                                  Hello, my name is satheesh working in tcs bangalore. My icici prepaid meal card valid from 02/21 upto 01/26. But currently, my card is being shown invalid status. However, each month some amount of money from my salary is getting deposited to this card.

                                  I have tried to access the food card self care portal but it shows card status invalid error (Please see attached image)

                                  Please help resolve this urgently.

                                    I got referral mail from tcs to the mail ID [protected]@gmail.com with username and one time password but when I was trying to login it showing invalid credentials, so I contact tcs careers help line number, they told their is old profile ID with old mail ID "[protected]@gmail.com" but I forgot my old profile credentials completey, so I sent a mail to [protected]@tcs.com to deactivate my old profile with mail ID [protected]@gmail.com, but I haven't received any response from them from last 3 days and their not responding to the calls at all.

                                    I want to register newly in TCSiBegin portal with mail ID [protected]@gmail.com to apply for new openings in walk in drive

                                    Please kindly guide me how to resolve my issue.

                                      My joining date was on 20th Feb 2023.
                                      As per the meeting held in Webex with the HR team from Mumbai, it was mentioned
                                      to be available on the job location only post receiving "Welcome to TCS" mail.
                                      However, my date of joining has already passed still have not received the particular mail.
                                      And there is no response on my mail from the HR team as well
