Tata Consultancy Services — Clarification Required on Advance Recovery in F&F Settlement

I am a former employee (Emp ID:2149598) who exited TCS in [October, 2025]. I had taken an advance of ₹1, 20, 000 in February, which was fully adjusted by September. However, I have now been asked to pay ₹95, 499 as an outstanding advance, which I do not understand.
I have already raised this concern on the TCS Alumni portal, but I have not received any response for over 15 days.
I kindly request a detailed breakup of the advance recovery calculation and clarification on why this amount is still being shown as due.
