[Resolved]  Tata Consultancy Services — Full and Final Settlement tickets are not being checked in TCS Alumni Portal

I am an ex-employee of Tata Consultancy Services with employee number 1758667. I have made the payment towards my FFS recovery on 1st of august, 2022 and also as per process raised ticket on 1st of august, 2022 in TCS alumni portal with payment snapshot and with proper description.
Ticket Number 895761. It has been more than 9 days my ticket is under open status and no resolution is being provided.

I have also raised another ticket 901377 because may be that ticket missed but it is still in progress.

I need to resolve this asap so that I can get my release letter asap.

Please do the needful.

My issue has been resolved. I got all the relevant documents via email based on the ticket number 901377. Thanks all for resolving my issue.

I have also faced same issue where I raised a ticket in alumini portal on 2-Aug-2022 and its still in open state. I have raised another ticket 902599 as a reminder to previous one
