Dear Sir / Madam,
On 4 November 2022 Dubai TCS HR terminated me by putting a false allegation of security incident on me . When i didn't accepted the termination Dubai TCS HR gave false assurance that they will help me in getting another project and requested to share my updated resume asap with RMG HR and further said as per HR and compliance process we are sending termination email and also assured that i will get a project. Days passed and they terminated me by putting a false allegation on me. When i send email to them asking for justification i never received any reply from them.

This is how Ajay Choudhary (employee Code- 306642) TCS HR harassed me:
1- He put false allegations of a security incident on me. But he didn't share any details with me. As an HR he should share all the details of the security incident but he didn't.
2- He fooled me, cheated me by saying that I will get a project, where i have to go for work and he requested to share my resume with RMG HR.
3- After giving my resume to RMG HR she stopped answering my calls and messages and Ajay supported RMG HR even when she was not answering my calls and messages.
4- For allowing HR Sayuj Keerangalit to give me an LMG (Landmark Group) project only if i agree to get terminated after a month.
5- For forcefully and unethically terminated me.
6- For allowing HR Sayuj Keerangalit to use Anshul Geols identity to fool me on the phone and to tell me to come to the TCS office, so that they can help me. But they never help me.
7- For telling the receptionist to take my personal mobile and lock it in the cupboard. When I reached the TCS office the receptionist took my personal mobile and she locked it in her cupboard, receptionist said HR told to take my mobile and lock it.
8- For calling the senior manager (Krishnaji Raghavan (employee Code- 198023 Senior Manager) to pressure me, force me, threaten me to sign visa cancellation papers and termination acceptance letters or else they will spoil my career, by not clearing my BGC (background check) and by not giving me experience and relieving letter.
9- For giving the false commitment that they will forward my resume to all the TCS vendors to get the job only if i cooperate in signing the visa cancel papers and if i cooperate in termination.
10- For saying my BGC (background check) will not be never be clear when i will join the new company.
11- For putting a false absconding on my name in the Dubai Labor Department and no information given to me before and after putting absconding.
12- For not giving me an experience letter, due to this im not getting another job.
13- For terminating me even though Ajay Choudhary knows that I'm innocent. He knows very well I have not done anything wrong in CBD and never taken anything, still he cleverly tricked me and forcefully terminated me without giving valid justification, without answering my queries and without giving satisfactory answers.
14- For instructing my teammates, my colleague not to talk to me, not to answer my calls and messages.

Ajay Choudhary TCS HR, spoiled my career, my life and my reputation. He made me too much suffer, my whole family, my old parents and my small baby got impacted because of all this. Now Ajay is not answering me and not giving me valid reasons for all the injustices he did with me.

If i really did anything wrong then Ajay Choudhary could have shown me everything before terminating me. But he played with me, fooled me, gave fake assurance and then very cleverly he tricked me and terminated me. Till date he is not answering any of my questions and not at all giving any kind of justification and valid answers.

I had sent an email to the TCS Management head office (Mumbai) informing them about all the injustices and violations Ajay Choudhary did with me but they didn't respond.
