• I have already had a details conversation regarding my health issues, transportation and compatibility with team members.
• I belong from Pure International / Blended Voice Profile, Therefore, I was looking for something similar, however RMG team mentioned, No other similar projects are available in entire TCS Pune Location, hence where in my skills does not even match.
• I had asked for Release from the Project even before Circular was passed to entire DIS.
• I have tried my best to adjust with my team in spite of televising my contemptuous or deportment.
• I also felt like Gender In-Equalities, partisanship, racism, social stratification within the team.
